I have had Mr. Alan perform various tasks around my home including mounting TVs, install microwave over the stove, nest thermostats and doorbell, hang curtain rods and towel and toilet paper racks. He is cost efficient, performs quality service, he's very honest and has a great personality . Definitely happy with my service and his prompt response time.

When my hot water tank sprung a leak, I called four plumbers. First couldn't do it until next week, second and third were slow(er) to respond. George replied right away and said that he could have a crew over right after lunch.

The crew was fast, professional and very thorough -- I had working hot water within 2-1/2 hours (basement, easy access, your mileage may vary depending on what else is involved)

While it pays to compare prices, the customer service and satisfaction from Project Services was top notch and I will be putting them at the top of my call list next time!

I hired Matthew's Plumbing Solutions to complete a rough-in plumbing installation for a bathroom addition to the rear of our home. It required a completely new drain line to be installed from the rear of the home to a clean-out at the front (75 ft. run). Matthew's was extremely easy to work with from the initial contact through the completion of the work. The office staff communicated everything in a timely manner, the on-site crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with, and Matt the owner stopped by to make sure things were going well. On top of that, their price was very competitive. All around it was a great project, and I would highly recommend them.

Can't recommend Legacy enough - we had a pipe burst in our crawlspace and found out about it first thing in the morning. Called them and Liz provided great customer service...even though their schedule was booked for the day, she was able to shuffle around and fit us in. Within a few hours, our pipe was fixed and water was back on, all at a very reasonable price.

I'll definitely be coming back to Legacy for our future plumbing needs.

Shawn Rex has been great and does a very good job. He fixes things that others overlooked. Keeps our Heat Pump and AC in good shape.
I always ask for him.

Kitchen faucet sprayer malfunctioning - called late in afternoon; problem fixed by noon the next day - that is what I call SERVICE! Personnel easy to deal with and easy to talk to. Was even advised why the slight delay as a part had to be obtained. When personnel arrived, they even removed their shoes so as not to track anything on the tan carpet - this was totally unexpected and MUCH appreciated. Would I hire Lane Plumbing in the future - you bet...in a heartbeat. Thanks again guys!!!

My 10 year old gas water heater started to leak yesterday, letting me know that it was time for it to be replaced. I did a search on the Interned to help me make an intelligent choice in contracting with a plumbing company. I was impressed with the customer testimonials and web site of Cary Plumbing Co... I called them and received a competitive quote and good appointment choices. Zack and Bancho arrived on time and quickly and carefully removed the old system and installed a new unit. All looks good and I am very happy to have chosen Cary Plumbing for this job.

Very professional, good with advice to save you money. They were out of town when I called them for an emergency repair (ruptured main line pipe under the house), and told me it would be two days before they could come out. Since we are hurricane prepared for two weeks, I told them that was fine. They called the next day and said they finished that job and were 30 minutes out, and asked if they could come by for the repair. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Great value for the money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

Reason for review, we hired this company to lay few pieces of tile. LET ME BE CLEAR, THE TILE GUY IS AWESOME, my complaint is with CINDY. Cindy screens her calls,.. that’s all I’m gonna say. After calling from a different number, Cindy picks up, and say “I don’t know where the disconnect came from”. REST ASSURE I WILL NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
