They have been in business for decades which speaks volumes to their commitment and integrity to customers both new and existing alike. Don’t need plumbing work? You will not be disappointed with your end product especially with their extremely reasonable and fair pricing and scheduling.

Our engagement of Progressive Service Company (“PSC”) tp repair a residential septic system was by far our worst experience with a contractor in over 40 years of home ownership. Their website “satisfaction guarantee” is worthless.PSC was hired in March and they were fired in October (7 months later) when they were still far from completing the project. During that period, the price for them to continue with their services was increased twice to a level more than three times their original estimate. And, in addition to extensive damage to our landscaping, they significantly damaged our lawn irrigation, outdoor lighting, and drainage systems. They also refused to refund payments made for work they did not perform.Our advice is to stay away from this company.

Andrew and Roger did a great job on the issues that I had. They were fast yet thorough. They explained what was wrong and how they would fix it. The last issue required them and their office to search for the part. They were not able to find the part at first but continued to search after they left. They found the part and came back to finish. Excellent Job!!!!!

Had an issue with my noritz tankless hot water heater populating a code 16. Brandon arrived at my property early(after calling to confirm my availability) with a list of possible issues to check. Per his recommendation due to my heaters age, I decided not to flush the tank as he informed me the failure rate in tanks 10+ years old is increased, and may force a replacement. Going through the list issues easily and expertly, he discovered my gas pressure valve had failed and was allowing 4 times the flow of gas to the heater, which was causing the failure. The repair was completed in 15 minutes. I can't say enough for a company who is represented by someone as knowledgeable, honest, and effective as Brandon. Customer for life.

Justin and Grisham's performance in installing the gas line for a grill was exceptional. These two young gentlemen displayed a high level of professionalism and respect throughout the entire process. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend NC Green Plumbing & Rooter (Justin and Grisham) for any gas line installation needs. 5 STARs!
