Best Drain Leak in Raleigh NC

They called the very hour they were supposed to be here and said they didn't have anyone available to handle my job. I had booked weeks ahead because we only visit this home once every month or two, so I need my contractors to commit to their appointments. Every visit here, therefore every appointment for any kind of service, requires a 14 hour round trip, so cancelling creates a huge problem for me and costs at least $100!

Marcus Carter, service technician, is every homeowner best wish. He is clean cut, knowledgable about products and technically very good at his job. I would certainly recommend this young man for anyone looking for plumbing and installation services.

We have used Legacy often over the past few years, to help us fix a number of plumbing issues in our new and previous houses. They are the only plumbers we use - they are amazingly professional and smart. They have had to come up with some creative solutions for a number of unique issues we had. They always deliver - top notch service and performance at a very reasonable price.

I used them to fix a water main leak, and spent $3000 on it. Now when I call to ask for an estimate, they want to charge me to come over and give me an estimate. Nevertheless, I realize that inflation is impacting everybody and gas and diesel prices are way up. So, I want to say that Cary Plumbing did a great job with a water main leak, and were thoroughly professional. I would definitely use them again, and have asked them for an estimate. Will update.

Sampson was recommended to me by a neighbor/friend. He was very easy to work and was able to come within the timeframe I needed. He was on-time, personable and did excellent work. We had a break in the pipe from our pump about 2 weeks ago. They quoted far less than other plumbers. After the repair, the pump refused to work. They immediately performed troubleshooting to determine the pump was getting power but not working. They returned the next day to replace the pump even granting us some credit for the initial pipe repair job. Their name & # are now in our phone contacts should we have a future plumbing emergency. Justin and Christian are professional, personable and HONEST!

He scheduled a time to fit with my schedule and gave me a reasonable range of quotes of what my repairs would cost that would allow me to budget this into my monthly costs.
