I purchased my first home 3 years ago, it was new construction and Keith installed all the plumbing for the house. He is amazing with costumer service and all you have to do is send him a quick text and he'll be back to you within minutes. He's very professional and will get the job done the same day you call. He let's you know how much the job is going to cost upfront and there are no surprises after the work is done. I'm glad I found a reliable plumber that I can trust. Jason was so helpful and professional! He was very sympathetic to our situation of leaking water heater and agreed to come out the next morning to replace. Meanwhile, he walked us thru what needed to be done to drain it until he could get there for repair. He was prompt and very friendly. We had a new water heater (at reasonable price) within hours! Will definitely use him again!

I work with him for about a week and I liked it I learned quite a bit and I had much to learn but I wanted to keep learning. Don’t ever rely on him or his company. If you go to work for him, it’s common that he’ll just lay you off so he can work on his little vintage car collection. While I was working with him, he was going to sell one of his cars so instead of doing plumbing work and going to the jobs that we had that day he canceled those jobs and made me clean his car so we can sell it. A very unprofessional business. Don’t get me wrong, when he actually does attend To the jobs, he does an amazing job. But even if you have a scheduled day for him to come work at your house he will cancel it if it involves his car collection no matter how urgent. And to those who would work with him, no matter the race or anything like that, he’ll drop you in a heartbeat. Edwin you should know who this is. I trusted you. You used me. And kicked me to the side.

I had a capacitor go out in my outside unit. I knew it was a capacitor but was tied up with work and didn't have time to fix it myself so I called these guys. I called and they showed up the next day within the time-frame, however, it seems they price gouge. I was charged a service fee of $90.00 and hen $204.40 for the capacitor. He also put 2 pounds of R-22 in for $225. I was expecting the capacitor to maybe be $75 max (since you can get capacitors all day at home depot for $10 to $20).

I would call someone else and wouldn't recommend this company unless you like paying $$$.

Executive plumbing replaced a main pipe in our second floor master bathroom. The staff were kind but serious, and resolved our issue in a timely manner.

I was told that someone would come out here today between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. but fortunately for me, I received a call from Sean around 11:00 saying they had received a cancellation and could come earlier if that was o.k. with me. I told him that would be great. He arrived about 15 to 20 minutes later. Sean and Bob could not have been any nicer. They were polite, went right to work installing new “pop ups” in my master bath, and finished in about 45 minutes to an hour. They were very professional, did a great job, and left my bathroom very clean. I will be very happy to refer all my friends to C.K.’s Plumbing. Thanks guys for a great experience.

Will took the time to help me out after hours. Extremely knowledgeable about tankless hot water heaters and was able to get mine going again very quickly. My wife and kids are happy to have hot water again, thank you very much

Mr Rooter came within a couple hours of my call. Other companies said they were unavailable for 1-2 weeks. I could not wait. I had a clogged toilet line and a damaged sink drain line leaking water into my foyer ceiling, pouring out of the light fixture onto the floor.
The technician was very polite and professional. He preceded to assess the issue and got to work. After clearing the the toilet line he got to work on the leaking pipes. I had two in the ceiling and one in the basement. After several hours he had replaced the rusted 54 year old pipes with PVC and stopped the leaks. I was impressed with Richard's work ethic and diligence. I will certainly recommend Mr Rooter.

Luke performed amazing renovations for two of my clients. One was remodeling the entire kitchen in a 100 year old home. The finished product was nicely updated and more efficient. Another project he performed was finishing a 1500 sq ft basement in a 1970 ranch home. It’s spanned many months but the project was amazing. Luke is also easy to get in touch with and not flaky like 90% of contractors out there.

They did an entire home plumbing replacement for a fixer upper for my sister, another detailed series of jobs for my other sister and just finished more work at my home. My family digs Nature of Water plumbing. One of the best tips I have ever received when a new neighbor told me about them. I wish I knew them sooner after being very disappointed with a competitor's job on my brand new water heater that leaked all over in less than 48 hours.
