We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. Our heater stopped working a few days before the New Year. The company told us that they need to replace a defected part. They promised to do it a day or two after the New Year. It's now Jan 14th, and we're still waiting for them to fix it.

Had a very bad sewer issue right in my back yard...one phone call a pleasant conversation and 3 hours later my house is all back to normal. They had guys out to look at the issue with in 30minutes... Quoted a price that was DEAD on what I paid. One happy lady here !!! Keep up the great work :) !

Wow, what lack of expertise, professionalism, and customer service! Long story short, I called them to fix a leak and an odor in the bathroom. The leak only got fixed after their second visit, and the odor never got fixed even after their fourth visit, and they charged me more than double what it should have cost on their first visit.

When I called them about the second invoice, I had to explain my situation three times over 2 days only to be told that if I do not pay the invoice, they will pass it along to the collection services. I have had many bad experience with plumbers, but this was by far the worst.

By the way, I reached out to a friend who had some experience in pipe fitting, and he was able to identify and resolve the odor issue within an hour.

I called Mr. Samson and within an hour, he had responded and scheduled an appointment to come out. The repair cost was reasonable, actually on the lower side of the cost raran. The work came with a warranty. Fast dependable ssevice. I have relied on Mr. Samson for over 5 years for plumbing repairs. To date, he is the best plumber I've worked with over the past 10 years. Call him, you will not be disappointed.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
