We needed a few small fixes around the home and had a great experience with Alan! I'll certainly call Alan again for other needs.

He was thorough and explained everything in great detail, pretty much teaching me in several cases on future fixing/preventative work. A true straightshooter who told me like it was, and wanted to also find the most efficient and inexpensive way to address issues.

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

These guys came in and replaced our water heater and all poly piping in the house. Significantly lower cost than some of the bigger companies. Very professional, on time, did great work and all in a day. I would highly recommend.

I have been using Legacy Plumbing for at least 12 years - maybe longer. They are incredible! They have never let me down and have helped us in various emergencies as well as many other situations. They have been instrumental with helping us make improvements as needed such as a water softener, carbon filter, reverse osmosis, hooking up gas to grills, new toilets, water heater replacement. etc. . I have used them for 2 of our homes now and their work is top quality. If you need any plumbing services and you're looking for great customer service Lane plumbing is the way to go. Mr Lane is helpful and very resourceful . He made me feel very comfortable with using their services. I called on a Sunday the customer service representative called me bright and early Monday morning to confirm My appointment but I ended up fixing my issue myself, however, if
and when I need services I will definitely give Lane plumbing a call back. Customer service is exceptional and Mr Lane is very relatable.

Posting this on behalf of my elderly mother. Cary plumbing was working on her neighbors water. They tore up her front yard and also cut her water line as well as another neighbors water line. They did fix the water lines (which should’ve never been bothered with in the first place). They were rude when she called to see what they could do to fix the mess they made of her yard. While I understand they are not a landscaping company, the least they could’ve done was apologize and tried their best to leave the lawn as close to what it looked like before.

Sam came out the day after I called him and others were telling me one week. He was very polite, professional and honest. He even called me because he was running 10 mins late which was appreciated and has rarely happened with other companies. He told me exactly what the job would entail and a price up front and unlike others he didn't tell me 5 mins later that it was a bigger job than he originally thought. I will definitely be using Sam again and would recommend him to others looking for a plumber.

Our serviceman, Jack, arrived announced and on-time. He thoroughly checked the status of our HVAC system. We are happy customers at this point!

NC Water Heaters did a great job replacing our kitchen backsplash. Very happy!

We had a break in the pipe from our pump about 2 weeks ago. They quoted far less than other plumbers. After the repair, the pump refused to work. They immediately performed troubleshooting to determine the pump was getting power but not working. They returned the next day to replace the pump even granting us some credit for the initial pipe repair job. Their name & # are now in our phone contacts should we have a future plumbing emergency. Justin and Christian are professional, personable and HONEST!

I try to keep the money in the neighborhood and usually end up disappointed in the quality of work. Anthony was hired to reseat a toilet and followed thru to make sure the entire system was working properly without asking for more money than what was quoted. Outstanding work at a fair price, I will use him again.

I don't recommend him. Easy to work with during the initial work. Workmanship failed right after the year warranty was up and repair cost us. Person with him said rubber pipe section that was used originally was too short.

Chris came by to fix a leak that was under warranty, which may have been a freeze issue, at no charge. We talked about the problem I described above. Both of us have a better understanding of each other's point of view. I do still have concerns, but I changed from 2 stars to 3, and WILL consider using him again, at which point I will update my review accordingly.
