The guys were very professional. This is hard to rate because my leak was not actually repaired. Now instead of having a larger hole in ceiling, I now have to get the hole in our bedroom repaired. I would have rated higher, but I’m kind of back to where I was before. With all the money I have put into this issue, I could have easily had a new shower installed. I just want this leak to be solved.

I seriously can't say enough good things about this company! We were without a kitchen for three months, and dealt with so many scheduling miscommunications from other companies. We had to reschedule Eric about three times, and he still stuck by and helped us out so much. His work is great, his personality is wonderful, and his prices are super reasonable! We'll definitely be calling him again in the future!

We recently purchased a home in the Raleigh area, and soon thereafter we were notified by the local water company that there was a significant leak somewhere on the property. We spoke with many different plumbers, but Eddie was clearly the best choice. He has more years of experience than I've been alive, charged reasonable rates, and was able to schedule a visit on the same day.

Once he was on-site, he identified the leak was within our irrigation system and was able to quickly shut off the leak without disrupting the flow to the house. He, unfortunately, didn't have the equipment to complete the repair, else I would have certainly contracted him to do so.

Overall, Eddie is a straight shooter and the type of person you'd comfortably recommend to friends and family - not just to random people on the internet!

Charged me $230 just to remove a toilet. Had it advertised on Angies List for $190 for installation and removal. Basically I was double charged.

This company was dispatched by the home warranty company when I submitted a work request that the Tankless Hot Water heater was not longer producing Hot water immediately.

Daniel and Ty were on time and very helpful. They found and repaired our leak as well as showed my husband a few things about our water shut off. Made an emergency call today (Saturday) for a blockage in our main line. The water was backing up into our downstairs toilet and sink. They were able to accommodate us same day and showed up when they said they would. Plumber took a look at everything. and figured the problem resolved itself .He still had us run some tests and ran a snake at the end of our line to remove what he thought was a partial blockage. He did not charge us which I greatly appreciated. We have used CP for years and have been very happy, I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
