Best Drain System in Raleigh NC

Our kitchen drain was backed up. Jacko arrived on time, did some tests, determined roughly where the blockage was, and then used his router machine to dissolve the blockage. The entire process was only around 30 minutes. Everything is back to normal again. Jacko is a young man and a true professional who knows his trade well. We can easily recommend him!

I have used Eric to replace my hot water heater and a toilet in my home, Eric does excellent clean work at a fair price. Eric is a personable, honest guy whom I would recommend to anyone. There is a tremendous value in being able to trust a contractor when you need their help.

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

My well pump stopped working. I actually have a home warranty contract, but they said they didn’t have any contractors in my area to fix a pump. Finally, after complaining about paying for a service and not getting it, they found one to come out in 10 days. Seriously, try not having a shower or being able to flush your toilet for 10 days! (First American Home Warranty if you’re wondering). I tried contacting some plumbers but for some reason got no call backs. When I called Affordable Plumbing I got someone right away and gave my information. Eddie called me back and set up an appointment and was there when he said he would be. Unfortunately,
my system was set up differently than most apparently, and he said he would be back that evening or the next day. He came back that evening and installed the new upgraded system that I had requested in in a short time . Now I have better water pressure and a much quieter pump. I would use this company again.

Thought I had a pipe burst and only saw the water dripping from ceiling around 11pm when I was going to bed. I called one other emergency plumber and they couldn't come out until 2 days later. Roto Rooter said they could come out next morning and someone would call be between 8-9am. I was called a little after 7am and Starkey, their plumber, was at my house before 8am. You do not know how much this meant to me. Starkey stayed until specific problem was identified and he had fixed it. And all during this process he let me know what he was doing and also called their water damage remediation folks to come and and get that process started. I'd definitely recommend this company and many thanks to Starkey for arriving early/promptly, diagnosing the issue, being very professional, and making sure my problem was fixed!

We had a day after Christmas septic emergency. The company came, gave us an honest assessment of the issue, provided some quick training on how to maintain our system. The completely cleaned out our system and saved the day!!! They are our go to company from now on!

Shower diverter replaced

Matt was GREAT! Arrived exactly when he said and even called ahead before. He took care of the problem with my tankless water heater. He even keeps parts on his truck so there is no wait time on repairs. It is so hard just to get a contractor to show up let alone be good at their profession. This is a great company! I was lucky enough for Nestor to replace the water spigots to my washer as they were leaking. He did a fantastic job and in a timely manner. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

Extremely overpriced, and terrible customer service. They cut me off when explaining the work I needed done, gave me no expectation of price, instead had me make an appointment for them to come do an estimate for, which they missed twice and never apologized for. Finally did the estimate, and charged me $135 for the estimate. Came back with an estimate that was triple of another plumber. Now on the hook for $135 when they wouldn't listen to me originally on the phone or give me any expectation of price going into it.

Brandon is the best. This company is honest and responsive. I will continue to use Cary plumbing for all my needs!

Prompt and professional service.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
