My family has worked with Rakeem and Rest Assured Plumbing several times now. At our previous home, we had a pretty significant basement remodel involving a full bathroom installation with a tight deadline. We got into an unfortunate situation where our original plumber dropped out of the project last minute, leaving us scrambling. We had several plumbers visit and provide us quotes, but none seemed eager to take on the job. Thankfully we found Rakeem, who eagerly took on the project despite its tight deadline and extensive work. He provided a timely quote, worked into the weekend, and followed through the inspection process.

At our new home, we discovered some pipe leaks in the crawl space. Thankfully I knew a guy - and called up Rakeem. He came out, crawled underneath our house, diagnosed the issue quickly, and said he'd be back Friday to fix. As always he got the job done.

Rakeem is kind, pleasant to work with, eager to help, and does great work. I can't recommend Rakeem enough. If any future plumbing needs come up, I know who I am calling.

Mike Connors came out to fix our pressure regulator after we had some issues running our sprinklers. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely use ARC again for plumbing.

Purchased new house in May 2018 and after moving in realized we had horrible water pressure in house and outside hose faucets. We contacted them and they sent plumber out to tell us it was because we had 3/4” meter from the city that was causing our problems. Called city and they checked the pressure with no issues on their side and all meters are 3/4” in island. Not to mention both our nieghbors have great pressure. So we called a plumber and he pointed out they ran 1/2” lines they the entire house which is why we have no water flow. Our outside faucets barely spray 6’ with sprayer nozzle. Needless to say neither SECOF or the plumber they hired Rural plumbing wanted to fix the problem. There only response was that it passed inspection.

I am currently very satisfied with the service performed in my bathroom today by Mr. Scott. He was on time, very thorough and honest with his consultation. Excellent job, if i have any other plumbing services needed i will definitely call them again. Also if anyone that i know that may need plumbing services i will highly recommend Rooter & Sons. I live in an apartment building that hired these clowns to check for a leak. They entered my apartment boots and clothes completely full of brown foul smelling water splashing it all over my walls and my door. I don't even know what kind of joker thought it would be smart to kick the door when knocking but yeah there was discharge where they kicked, near the door knob, as well as on the door decoration, and all over the closet where they were checking for a leak. In the apartment complex the elevator also was covered in dark foul smelling water even after they left. What a disrespectful bunch of amateurs.
