Wes installed a new kitchen faucet for me. Very reasonably priced, he arrived on time and he likes dogs. Plus my dogs liked him. Wes let me text him many questions in the week prior which you don’t always find with a contractor on this kind of small job. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, it was well done, affordable, and he was super conscientious about securing the front door any time he went out (per my request to prevent my one dog from bolting). Definitely will rehire.

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

These guys are awesome! Owner was one of the guys that came to my house. Very polite and courteous. Wore booties and cleaned up everything before leaving, no stress. Very very good about explaining everything that's going on and helping you stay in the process if you wish to be. Up front about costs and honest. My go to plumber for the foreseeable future!

The previous homeowners used Service Experts and recommended them. So we have used them for 3 years now. Our Lenox system was installed new in 2016. Every time they come for maintenance there is always something wrong and you should buy this. A sales pitch. sell, sell, sell. I'm assuming these service reps are on commission. You get a different service rep each time even though we have requested one particular person from the beginning. We had a dehumidifier installed in the crawl space and were told it would be serviced twice a year. A rep came yesterday and stated no, we only do that in the spring. You get a different story each time. One rep went into our crawl space and stated that there was all kinds of mold.....to his surprise I went down there with him and of course he was sooooo overly exaggerating. Sold us a encapsulated crawl space way over priced then a week later found out he no longer works there! I am extremely frustrated with their service. Can't do this anymore!
