I can't say enough good tings about PK Plumbing. Edwin is responsive, flexible, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed my problems quickly (sink replacement and toilet repair), provided a quote, and then began work. He even helped advise me on a side project I was doing at the time (installing an RODI for my aquarium fish), and when I tried to tip him for that extra effort he politely refused. I was able to schedule ARC 2 months out to replace a water heater, with a preferable brand. Bradly and Clay gave me a heads up 15 mins before arrival only 20 mins into the 2 hour arrival window, got right to work and were done in 3 hours replacing a natural gas water heater. Didn’t leave a hint that they were even here outside of the brand new water heater sitting in the garage. 2nd job I’ve used ARC for and will be go to plumber going forward!

These guys do a terrible job. They don’t do the job they are paid for. They’ve been out several times charging my poor mother repeatedly for a job they haven’t completed. Be wary of a company trying to take advantage of an elderly widow.

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

I’m so grateful for the services I received from Executive Plumbing on 10-25-22. First of all Dawn was so polite on the phone, I love when people treat each other with respect. Very professional and prompt service. Only issue was the lack of transparency with the pricing. When I called and asked about pricing I was told of the $89 initial fee that was all besides the cost of the actual repair. The plumber then told me about the ~$250 diagnostic fee when he was on-site, which was not previously mentioned to me when I had asked.

Huge shout out to technician Sam of Matthew's PS. Company was called in as specialist for a 30-yr old clogged drain pipe by another plumber who preferred a more specialized company. Sam was great-friendly, efficient, professional, and got the job done in short order. I was under a time constraint due to some upcoming surgery. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

We have used Cary Plumming over the years and highly recommend them. The value and service can’t be beat. We always think a service will be way too expensive but it always comes out less than we think! They are fair on their prices. And we always get a informative professional who explains it all. He fixed 3 toilet issues for us last week and everything is working perfect now.
