Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

Our tankless water heater stopped working at 10pm one evening this week. I called Executive Plumbing as they did superb work for us last time. Nate, the owner himself arrived the next day and diagnosed the problem. The thermal fuse had gone. The part turned out to be on back order, but rather than leave us with no hot water, Nate came back the next day and was able to work a temporary fix so that at least we could have hot water for the next few days while the part is sourced. We have found Nate to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and excellent at his craft. He is a pleasure to work with too. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Thank you Nate and Executive Plumbing for going the extra mile for my family and getting our hot water back on.

NO MORE SPONGE BATHS!! LAST Fall all I could take were sponge baths. I could not get i in and out of my tub/shower. I was falling and breaking bones (couldn't lift legs into tub) .
I called William Parrish Plumbing and they're came right over. Once they saw the problem they didn't have to remove and install a newer tub. They back the next day and within a couple of hours they had cut the side of tub down any installed a step i in. I can now get i in and out of tub for showers especially using safety hand ralls they installed. NO MORE SPONGE BATHS for me. Thanks William Parrish Plumbing , Inc.

Are a very good company to do business with. I say this because of the level of integrity that shown when they comes to diagnose and repair your plumbing. Jeremy, Kountry and Andrew are very good at their job. One plumber told me that I needed a new hot water heater and expansion tank, was not done so waited for second opinion from NC PLUMBING PRO’S.
Those guys came an reassessed the problem and they revealed there was a hole in a pipe. Instead of taking my money and replace a water heater that was not needed. Saving my family lots of money.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
