I called Blanton’s a few weeks ago with an urgent need to have my kitchen gas line moved THAT DAY because the cabinet installers could not complete their job until it was removed. I was very pleased that Tramaine was able to come out that day and take care of that need, as well as move the ice maker line for my refrigerator. Tramaine did a great job. He was a good communicator and was very professional. He returned a few days later (per plan) to move the gas line to its new location and hook up my stove. I really appreciated that Blanton could help me out that day, particularly because I was not already an established customer. I would definitely use Blanton again, and recommend them to others.

Scott and Omar came to my residence today to service my heating system that was giving us some fits lately. They showed up on time and were very professional. Very reasonably priced and excellent service

My upstairs shower was leaking directly below to our living room ceiling. I re-grouted the shower, hoping that would fix the problem. It did not. So I later called Cecil Davis Plumbing and told them that it seemed like I needed a replacement for my shower pan.

Two plumbers came. The head plumber was very friendly and chatty to me, and he seemed to be teaching the Jr. plumber because I heard him tell the Jr. plumber not to turn on the sink faucets or they wouldn't be able to tell if the leak was from the sink faucets or the shower. Anyway, the plumbers turned on the shower and also the bathtub full blast, creating a huge new leak in my ceiling.

It's definitively your shower pan, the plumber said. Call a contractor. Then he gave me the bill.
I was shocked they couldn't do it. Their website said they could.

It would have been nice had they told me we only diagnose when I had made the call.

I got another plumber.

David supported me in Home Depot to help select the right material for a project I was working on. He even gave me his number and told me to call if I had questions. Well I did and after several text messages and advice I was able to complete the project. When someone helps you just to be helpful says all I need to know about their character. I highly recommend working with David and will be calling him in the future when needed. You’re in good hands here.

Kaiden was excellent! Very knowledgeable, friendly and explained the issue very thouroughly. Best part he didn't have to rip out my sheet rock and saved me some money. (Goodluck finding honest people these days). In addition, pricing is very reasonable and affordable. Also , I love supporting local businesses versus chains so support these guys!

Ray and Chris came out to install a shower fixture and they were professional and did an awesome job. Highly recommend this company. Honest and did great work.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Ken came to our house in the late evening for an emergency (engagement ring in the pipes) and was incredible. He was beyond helpful, skilled and gracious. He found the ring and tirelessly worked for two hours until he did. Seriously cannot recommend him enough!!! Support local business and call Ken!

Were prompt and available on short notice but expensive ($650 toilet removal main line clearing). That said as we needed service right away due to line blockage we went ahead. 2 issues:1) Tech cleaned up loose debris but did not put a drop cloth down for toilet removal. As a result he got wax/dirt from auger machine all in grout around toilet. Had to scrub with brush and bleach to get out.2) Did not seal toilet down to tile- When I asked he said he ran out of silicone (really should be grouted down to tile not siliconed). Said he would come back to do next day - who wants to wait around another day? not to mention is really not the right thing to do- should carry instant grout with them.

Great company would recommend to anyone
