I had my system installed yesterday . So far the shopping and buying experience with Raleigh and Air has been very positive . The salesperson Cody was very good to work with and very responsive to my questions and concerns . The only slight glitch is that I didnt realize that it would take Duke a month or so to get a rebate check back to me . The crew was also extremely professional to work with . The were well prepared and took great care in my home. They worked hard all day .I work in a similar business and Raleigh Heating and Air would serve as a great role model for other companies .

I would recommend this company because they provide excellent service and quality of work which were all completed in a timely manner. We had a lot of plumbing issues that were not caught on inspection and Mr. Sammy did a walk through of the property and he was able to identify several cracked pipes and issues not to code. He responds to emergencies and took care of our issues with care and friendliness. The amount of plumbing fixes on our house showcases the company’s breadth of plumbing services so I would not hesitate to call them again.

Purchased new house in May 2018 and after moving in realized we had horrible water pressure in house and outside hose faucets. We contacted them and they sent plumber out to tell us it was because we had 3/4” meter from the city that was causing our problems. Called city and they checked the pressure with no issues on their side and all meters are 3/4” in island. Not to mention both our nieghbors have great pressure. So we called a plumber and he pointed out they ran 1/2” lines they the entire house which is why we have no water flow. Our outside faucets barely spray 6’ with sprayer nozzle. Needless to say neither SECOF or the plumber they hired Rural plumbing wanted to fix the problem. There only response was that it passed inspection.

Excellent responsiveness and expertise by Sean; explained things well and got my problem fixed pronto. We have used CKs in the past, at another house, and had a great experience then too. I would recommend CK's for any plumbing job (they also deal with drain issues, which some plumbers don't).

Michael came highly recommended. I reached out to him and he was polite and professional. Michael first came to do a reconnect of 3 toilets after we installed flooring throughout the home. He was on time, affordable, and fast. Michael also recommended preventative services that can be performed and answer all my additional questions. This lead me to use him again for a sink reconnect and faucet install. On the day he showed up he recommended that I wait longer for the sink glue to set after my counters were installed. He came back the next day and reworked the under sink plumbing to get it up to higher than minimum standards. Again he was polite, professional, and affordable. He also had an apprentice with him and was teaching the apprentice with patience and understanding. It is my position that if you have a plumbing need you contact Arbor Backflow and Plumbing as Michael has provided the best plumbing service I have ever experienced. The value delivered for the price paid is unmatched and so is his care for the customer.

We just moved into a house built around 1964 and recently discovered that the previous owners never updated a LOT of the house including many plumbing items. We called in Eric and his company for a rush job after another sub pointed out that we had water pooling in the crawlspace and it needed to be cleaned up before we could have our mold remediation done.

Eric squeezed us in to his schedule just in time to be completed before the mold remediation. He was extremely professional and explained everything as he went along. His prices are very fair and he was also able to tell us which of the items on our inspection report were necessary versus which were not a big deal that and we could handle ourselves.

The team finished up very quickly and did very clean work.

Was very professional and respectful.

Not very professional or honest-called them out for an HVAC issue. Tech diagnosed an issue and said it would cost $1200-1500 to fix! I'm not a professional but diagnosis seemed off because part was in fact still working. Tech then spent a good amount of time pressuring me to sign up for their hvac maintenance program which raised more suspicions. Called another local company for a 2nd diagnosis and guess what? Simple wiring issue was fixed in 15 minutes for under $100. Called Progressive back to get a refund of my diagnostic fee- was dismissed even though their professional tech's diagnosis was completely off. An honest and professional company would admit their mistake and make it right.

Amazing attention to detail. We had an issue that would have stumped the best, even the manufacturer but Jeremy kept at it and solved the issue after hours of troubleshooting.

Best price and earliest availability of the four plumbers I called. Quick quality work at a reasonable price and pleasant to deal with - what more could ask for?

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
