We were replacing an old water heater with a tankless, but had a tricky setup that needed some extra work to get the old one out. We had a few other groups come by for estimates, but it was clear that Mike and his team were far more confident with the job. Mike knew exactly what to do and how to do it efficiently and reasonably. We approved the estimate and they finished the job in 4 hours the very next day. Things pretty much never go this smoothly these days right? Very appreciative of his experience, professionalism, and time. Highly recommended!!!!

Let me start my stating that I am not easy to please, especially when I spend money. But despite that, I can report sincerely that Air Experts has delivered from beginning to end. I'm on their East Comfort program, and while I was initially intimidated by the length of the contract and the monthly fee, with each passing week I find myself more and more impressed. In addition to providing me with a year's worth of filters (to be resupplied next year), they came out to my place to make a slight adjustment (requested by me) at no charge. Suffice it to say, the benefits of the contract keep proving themselves. In fact, they've proved themselves enough that I'm leaving this review with my full endorsement of Air Experts, 👍.

This company showed up on time and replaced a mixing valve for a shower. They were very friendly and very professional. The repair was completed in a timely and competent manner. When I needed an adjustment almost a year later within that warranty period they answered the phone promptly and came back within a few days as agreed. They made the additional adjustments to my satisfaction with no additional charges. In an era when it is so difficult to find someone you can trust and is professional and honors their warranty, this company checks all those boxes. I will definitely call them again for additional plumbing needs. Bill

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I have been using Ken for all of my plumbing needs for about 20 years now. He always fits me in when it's an emergency. I leave a key out for him to get in and he even takes my dogs out for me! I can't say enough good things about him and the quality of his work. He is great with all brands of plumbing whether it be high end or lower end. He is very respectful of my home. I have referred him out many many times and people are always happy! I like that he is local and not a big company where you don't know who will show up at your house. I would definitely recommend Plumber Ken to anyone!

Had a clogged drain line with the unfortunate timing of being the week of Thanksgiving. The technician was nice and professional, but quoted and charged $568 dollars to unclog the line. It took less than an hour to complete the work. The pricing is outrageous and I never would have considered it if not for the timing with Thanksgiving and family coming into town. $568 for an hours time and a very simple fix. You can rent the same snake auger for $55 and have it done in the same amount of time. I will never call them again and would never consider recommending them for anyone else, will only warn of their outrageous pricing.Edit:I sent email as instructed in their reply. Received thisWill,I have submitted a formal complaint to the General Manager in Raleigh, Adam Davis.  You can expect to hear from a member of his management staff shortly.This was three weeks ago. Never heard anything else.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

For starters, I had hired Roto-Rooter to come in and take care of a clog in the bathroom. They ran an auger and evidently busted out the very back of our commode. You couldnt see the damage from looking at either side of the toilet so I never saw the damage. The next day the toilet started leaking so i thought it needed a seal installed. Evidently RotoRooter cleaned up their mess and didnt tell me about the damage. I didnt really like Roto-Rooter, they seemed really shady ( I can only hope they read this, lol) and ended up calling Optimal. Hands down, the best decision I made. Ryan went above and beyond with the work to be done, and we talked about other sewer issues were having at the house, and he stayed well beyond the time he should have left, explaining everything and making sure I had a good understanding of the work to be done. Optimal is a class act and thats made clear with the employees they hire (thanks again Ryan!) and the work they do. I will look forward to working with them in the future, as Ive already got other repairs planned. Dont waste your time or money going anywhere eles! 5 plus stars👍💯
