Wes has been very helpful in my older home, installing a new hot water heater and a new kirchen sink. He always answers all my questions, multiple times and so easant and friendly. I have recommended him to friends.

Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

Called for non-emergency work, and set up an appointment for the next week. Plumber came by on time, easily fixed the issue, friendly and good customer service.

Incidentally, they noticed some aging in our sink pan and offered to caulk the borders as a courtesy. I had one quote that was a little bit lower but had a good feeling about this company. I asked Eugene to match the lower quote and he was able to! I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We have been using Robb plumbing for about three years now. They are super responsive and always send someone out quickly. Carlton is the main plumber that typically responds. He is AMAZING.

We leave a list of plumbing things we need done and Carlton knocks every one of them off quickly / with excellence - and leaves a note letting me know just what has been done.

Thank you to Eddie and Thomas for helping replace our hot water heater/tank after it leaked in our attic. Eddie was able to come within an hour of calling early morning and help mitigate further leaking along with getting the restoration team at the house immediately, too. Both Eddie and Thomas worked hard to get the stubborn tank out of the attic and worked to install the new unit so that we had hot water by the next evening (they rescheduled other appointments to ensure they could work on our system starting early the next day). We appreciate their timeliness, professionalism, and price.

I highly recommend Cape Fear for HVAC repair and installation. This is my second time using these guys for an HVAC install (2 different houses). The project manager, Michael was professional, timely, and listened to what I wanted vs pushing a product that he wanted me to buy. The technicians, Jason and Dennis were also on time and very professional. I have two HVAC units. One was installed by another big name HVAC company and one by Cape Fear. There is a significant difference in the quality of install by Cape Fear! I wish I could include pictures to show the difference. Thanks Cape Fear for a quality job.

I chose to use Kyle because of these reviews. He was really hard to communicate with but once I got him here he did good work and was a nice guy. On the second job he lied to me about having pulled a permit, did half the job, then charged me for the whole job and ghosted me. Now I have to pull a permit myself, pay for it, and finish the job. Find a different plumber.
