I was recently a first time customer of David Dobbs plumbing and while I hope to not need their services anytime soon, I will definitely be a repeat customer! The service was fantastic, and the thing that I appreciate most is how hard David worked to save me as much money as possible which DEFINITELY builds trust and makes me more ok spending money on the things that he recommends. I called thinking I needed a hot water heater replacement and what he sold me on was a much simpler solution. I highly recommend him!

The guys came out to check on an odor coming from my master shower. Although we couldnt recreate the odor so they could pinpoint the root of the problem they did increase my water pressure in the shower and replace some type of vent mechanism under a sink incase that was the cause. The two guys that came out were super nice and I would reccomend to anyone. 4/30/13 SL

I have used this plumber for the last 3 years. I called because I had a problem with my hot water heater (no hot water). This was on a Wednesday morning, and I was told it would be the following Tuesday before they could come out....unless I wanted to pay to have someone come out after hours or on a weekend. The staff did not at all seem to care either. This company does not value their clients obviously.

I can't thank them enough, they fit me in at the end of their day. They stayed until the job was done and in the end the price was not as bad as I expected it to be. The only reason I gave them 5 stars was because I couldn't give them 6. Thank you all again, I'm putting you on speed dial.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Bolton Construction was there with us through a renovation several years ago. They were prompt, courteous, professional and knew what they were doing. Naturally when we moved into a new place, we called on them again to be our go to company for plumbing, heating and air. Again, we couldn't have been happier with everything they did. The serviceman explained very clearly to us what was happening and what needed to be fixed - no game playing. I had some problems getting my GC to permit the work he had done in my home. I decided to just get it taken care of myself and called Carolina Plumbing & Repair. While NONE of this was Carolina Plumbing & Repairs fault or problem, when I called Paul to ask for help getting things permitted and inspected he was literally at my house within 1 hour. He was extremely helpful and understanding. He got everything resolved/permitted for me in 2 days. Frank has been out to my house multiple times and is always extremely polite and courteous. Carolina Plumbing & Repair will be my first call for all future plumbing needs, it’s very hard to find such good people and help! I have already recommended them to friends.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
