Shane came to do bi-annual hvac service. While he was checking my unit under the house, he found a leak. He was very knowledgeable and made suggestions for issues related to my house.Travis was the plumbing tech who came the next day to evaluate my leak issue. Was able to find the source and will return tomorrow to fix the sheared pipe.Both were very friendly and answered all of my questions.I recommend Air experts.

They added plumbing fixtures so we could move our laundry from the basement to the upstairs bathroom. It was tricky but they had the experience to get it done correctly. Wouldn't use anyone else. Wonderful folks and great service.

Wow what great service! We had an issue with the plumbing under the kitchen sink. James Coates came out that same day and was very professional. He repaired the issue quickly. We later had a small leak develop and he can right back to fix that. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I have been using Ken for all of my plumbing needs for about 20 years now. He always fits me in when it's an emergency. I leave a key out for him to get in and he even takes my dogs out for me! I can't say enough good things about him and the quality of his work. He is great with all brands of plumbing whether it be high end or lower end. He is very respectful of my home. I have referred him out many many times and people are always happy! I like that he is local and not a big company where you don't know who will show up at your house. Customer service was great, they replaced 2 toilets and a busted (litteraly) hot water heater and figured out why one of my toilets wasn't flushing right in one day. They have easy financing available for the unexpected like this and I don't feel so stressed about how we are going to pay for everything. Everything was clear and layed out to me,, a very good experience!

I was trying to find someone to fix my problem and I found this company from the website. I am unsatisfied with the service.
(1) The appointment was from 11am to 1pm (technician (Andy) will come any time around this time range). But he does not show up until almost 3pm. We were waiting him and can not go anywhere (we got plans)
(2) He worked like 30min with his simple tools but it didn't work well and he gave up. So, the problem remains unsolved and he is charging us 100 usd for not even fixing the issue and told us it will be 400 usd if its fixed. I do not really understand how things work here since there is an hour rate and 400 usd if fixed within 30min? Also, what if second time someone else come from the company and still can't fix it and will we get charged for another 100 or 200 usd again as diagnostic fee?. I was asking the technician and decided to ask the company how things work and at this time I didn't say I won't pay him. But he lost patience and just left while I was calling the company and he told my wife I will never see you again.
(3) After he left, my wife called this company asked how things should work and asked if we can talk face to face since talk through the phone can cause some misunderstands. But they denied it and their attitude was awful. Their voice sounds being annoyed by our questions and I have to speak for my wife because my wife is not capable of handling their attitude.

All in all, I understand there might be some misunderstands here like some company simply sent people to your place and charge you hourly without any pre-inspection just for giving quicker service. But what I can not really withstand is the technician's bad attitude, not being on time and also the people in the phone sound so annoyed.

Follow up: They said send someone come my home to do a free estimate today around 1pm to 5pm but no one shows up at all.

Newcomb has been a help in taking care of my a/c needs. They always have great service people who are friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
