Best Tankless System in Raleigh NC

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Mike showed up early, a first for me for a plumbing service. He was very polite and friendly. He identified the problem quickly and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company. Great knowledgable people with friendly service.

Just had the hardware in both of my toilet tanks replaced. Your Service Pro of NC did a great job. Jason came and did the work. Explained everything he did as he replaced the old corroded parts. I was unfortunate enough to have an outdoor spigot burst causing water to leak in and under our hardwoods in the kitchen, not to mention 5:30 on a Friday. Raleigh Plumbing & Heating not only came out right away to fix the problem but let us use thier dehumidifier. They called a few times to make sure things were going ok and if we needed another assistance. I honeslty could not ask for better customer service. These guys will be my forever go-to!

Hot water heater decided to just stop working. We called K W Boykin and spoke with Keith, and Michael was there in less than 24 hours. Before replacement was suggested, Michael took all measures to try and save the unit. When there was no other choice but to purchase new, we had a new hot water installed in a day and a half. Michael did a fantastic job with removal and installation. Pricing was spot on and more importantly, the service was stellar! We totally recommend using K W Boykin Plumbing.

I had a great experience with Raleigh Heating & Air today. The technician, Torrie, was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He took the time needed to thoroughly explain the issue with our Air Conditioner. I felt he was very patient and respectful in his response to all my questions and professional in his repair of the unit.

I used CPB to install a sink in our butler pantry, install a shower fixture in our master and flush our hot water system and each time, they got the job done well! No issues since installation of the sink or shower fixture. Sammy (the operator) was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I would recommend and use again.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a home repair. The team came out on short notice since they were in the area and were able to replace our water heater the same day. I also mentioned sporadic poor water pressure and they diagnosed and replaced our pressure valve as well. The team was patient with all my questions and walked us through the options.
