It was easy to reach out to them over the phone.
It was easy to schedule them to come over for the repair.
They were on time and also gave a call before they showed up.
They provided me the repair details that have been completed previously.
They replied back to my email in a timely manner to provide the invoice.
Their team is kind, and professional.
The technicians were respectful to my property, and wore shoe covers when they needed to get inside the house.
The repair held up so far and I am hoping it stays that way. If not, I got the impression from my interaction with them that they will stand behind the work they completed, and honor the repair warranty.
I highly suggest their business.

CK Plumbing was wonderful. Raymond and Justin were ahead of schedule, professional, and did a wonderful job. They were replacing my hot water heater and my closet was a tight fit, but they problem-solved and made it work! My nephew was very interested in the process and Raymond was so kind to him, answering his millions of questions. I was so impressed by the whole experience. We contacted Coats plumbing the Friday before Thanksgiving due to a leak under our kitchen sink. We were told the lines and valves were old and they were replaced. We also had a problem with our faucet, which they said they could replace but it would have to wait until the next week. The plumber said he didn’t have one with him, and couldn’t go get one at that point because it was 6pm. I said I would go get one that weekend and clarified what kind it would need to be in order to fit the existing sink. I also said that we weren’t planning a kitchen reno at this point so I was just going to get something fairy inexpensive because the holidays were coming up and obviously we need a working kitchen. He did not mention anything about which brands to buy or avoid. The visit cost $208.16 which included an emergency fee because it was last minute, which is fair. However not long after they left the leak was still there. We had no kitchen water from Friday evening until Monday evening due to the leak.
They returned on Monday evening and replaced the faucet using the one I purchased. They did not say anything about the brand or quality. This visit cost $144.11.
Now less than a month later the cabinet under our kitchen sink is full of water again. My husband spoke with Michelle and explained that after 2 visits and $350, the problem is still there and it’s unacceptable. Michelle told him that the second visit happened because I turned down the plumber’s offer to install a faucet he had in his truck because I wanted something cheaper. This is untrue. We were not offered a faucet during that visit. When he tried to explain this she hung up (we heard the repeat tone that happens when the other line disconnects from you).
I spoke to her later that afternoon and she denied hanging up on us, claiming instead that my husband hung up on her (there would be no disconnect tone on our end if that was the case.) I was told that it’s common for it to take 3+ visits to diagnose and fix a leaking kitchen sink and it’s a process of elimination. The faucet, lines, and valves were all replaced and the leak clearly wasn’t coming from the pipe, so I’m not sure what other option needed to be eliminated besides bad handiwork. I was also told that it’s extremely common for “off brand” faucets to leak and have problems straight out of the box, and there are only 2 brands this plumber will work with due to that. Neither of these “reliable” brands or issues was mentioned in the 2 visits to our house. Additionally when I asked Michelle if these are the brands they carry in their truck I had to ask twice and she was very hesitant to say yes. I asked if I would be charged for a third visit and she said it depends- if the problem is due to their work then I wouldn’t be.
The fact remained that after 2 visits, new lines, valves, and faucet, and $350+ in charges, the problem was still there and they refused to take responsibility.

I had an excellent experience with the guys at Roto-Rooter. After initially being unable to unclog my outdoor drain (there ended up being a massive root in the pipe), they were able to get someone to come by that evening and replace the pipe under the yard. The two guys (927 and 57) worked in the rain and in the dark to complete the work.

We have been customers of Newcomb for over 10 years, at a time when they were not as well known, or actively advertising as they are now. Each year we have loyally purchased service contracts with them to have them maintain our units and avoid issues. Last year we needed two new units, and after shopping around, decided to stay with Newcomb for the new purchase and installation, even though they were not the best price. We had been happy with their service and thought that loyalty was more important than just price. Now we are having an issue with the thermastat on one of the units which is just one month out of warranty, and we have found that loyalty does not run both ways. They indicated they would charge us a $98.00 service fee (that's with the service contract, I can't imagine what it would be without) just to look at the thermastat and determine the problem. Don't be fooled folks, business is business and once a company gets large and doesn't need yours anymore there are no extensions or courtesies, even for the long time customer. Shop for price and don't expect any leeway, loyalty, or old school service. It doesn't exist at Newcomb.

We have been using Bizzy Bee for years. I am in the property management business and he and his crew have always done a great job. They were just at my house last night and when my husband and I thought we had a major issue, they discovered the problem immediately and it was not a big issue. We were so thankful. Honest, reliable people. They are the only plumbing company I will ever have at my house.

CK's Plumbing and Backflow ran a natural gas line from our crawlspace to the new grill. From the beginning they responded quickly, had someone over for a quote in no time, and provided wonderful customer service throughout always letting me know what was going on. As for the work, they did an amazing job and did it efficiently with no reason for concern on my part. The crew were friendly and respectful of my house and property. I definitely would recommend them!

Needed help with my water heater and they never returned my calls.
