Found my guy for life! Hot Water Heat went out. Called Wes, straight to the point and asked me the right questions (I later on learned why). Awesome to work with and didn't mind me watching. Called 10+ places with absurd prices and cranky folks, but Wes was the man. Great conversation with him. doing it 40+ years and referred me to a couple other folks for HVAC and Electricity needs should I need them in the future. Can't go wrong with him. He doesn't advertise which should tell you everything....referral business. I love hearing call me if anything comes up and I'll take care of it, though it will not. I’ve lived in Cary for 34 years so I’ve a lot of experience with various plumbing businesses around town. Called an obvious Cary plumbing business to have a state of the art Toto toilet installed in our guest bath. When I mentioned the water supply line might have to be moved by inches to provide clearance for the toilet, they told me they don’t do that kind of work and to hire a contractor. Not much help! So I called The Art of Plumbing and over the phone after a pic, Eugene figured out that the water supplies valve could be offset without touching dry wall. My fault that I had lost the rough-in pipe for the toilet but Eugene persevered and finally got the part from Japan. He sent Stephan, a master plumber from Ukraine, to do the installation and it was done quickly and correctly. These guys truly know their business and have a wealth of experience.

Matt from Schwartz came by and fixed a leak under our sink as well as a couple of other minor thing. He was very helpful - got everything done quickly and at a fair price.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
