On Wednesday July 25th I walked into a complete disaster in my downstairs bathroom. I thought I could just grab the trusty old plunger and things would be okay; nope! Went and bought a 3ft auger and thought to myself, this will surely get the issue resolved; nope. Rented a 25ft snake from a hardware store and thought, surely this will do the trick; nope. Called Fuller Services on Thursday morning. They had someone at my house within a couple of hours, did an assessment, and provided me with the root cause of what was wrong. Roots from my tree in the front yard had found a way to infiltrate the piping that leads to the outside sewer. The remedy meant that the line would have to be dug up and replaced. The owner of the company, Will and his lovely lady came out to my house and did an amazing job of rectifying a pretty awful install from the builder and ensured that me and my household would be back fully functioning. I cannot recommend Fuller Services enough. They are honest, fair, and do great work at a great price.

We had a leak a couple weeks ago (started raining in our foyer closet) and called Waite plumbing. Mike called back within minutes, gave us great advice for what to do immediately, and was over a few hours later to take a look. It turned out we had the dreaded polybutalene piping, so we had Waite Plumbing do the repipe and replace our leaking water heater while he was at it. He and his partner were efficient, but never seemed rushed, careful and conscientious. They even showed up during an ice storm, and cleaned up thoroughly after--the house looked better after they left than it did before! On top of that, Mike was extremely pleasant. I can't recommend enough.

UPDATE: We had them out again, and, again, they were terrific. Our dishwasher died and we ordered a new one, but no vendor was able to schedule to install it for us within three weeks. We called Waite plumbing and they scheduled us for two days later. It turns out that the washer was broken upon delivery (one of the shelf brackets inside was broken), so we had to get it replaced, and Waite plumbing came right back out and reinstalled it--and cut us a deal, even though it wasn't their fault it was broken. It was also a tricky installation because our floor isn't level under the dishwasher but the guy worked on it until it was perfectly level with no gaps. Excellent service.

I have used them professionally as well as personally. The entire axis teams transparency, knowledge and communication is excellent. I recommend them to everyone.

We have been using Air Experts for over 20 years. They are our go to company for HVAC issues. We recently had to replace our system and we had one issue and they were out almost immediately to get it resolved. They are very helpful and just a great group of people, very caring.

Henry and Tom came out to our house Sunday for an emergency call and were amazing. We have to have further work done in a month or so and when we do, I'll be calling here to schedule.

Edited 08.27: Henry and Andy came out this morning to complete the work I mentioned above and they did the work of champions. They busted their butts in the hot sun to break up concrete underneath our house and get new, unbroken piping laid down and were polite, on-time, and amazing to work with. Still really pleased with my choice to use this company. Additionally, Hayley and Carrie in the office are both lovely to work with when scheduling services.

Michael helped me in multiple repairs. His work qualities were outstanding. The charges were reasonable. Highly recommended!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Ken came to our house in the late evening for an emergency (engagement ring in the pipes) and was incredible. He was beyond helpful, skilled and gracious. He found the ring and tirelessly worked for two hours until he did. Seriously cannot recommend him enough!!! Support local business and call Ken!

It took two trips, but they finally got the drain cleared. The second plumer that came down from Raleigh, had a camera that he used to show me where the stoppage was in the drain and explained what was happening and why the drain keeps getting plugged up. When he was finished he showed me with the camera that the drain was cleared so I felt confident that I would not have a problem again for several months.

They did a good job, get a price before you get the work done I asked for a discount after my work was complete because they charged me for two men working when one man could have done the job.
