Kenny showed up on time to do the repair work on my two toilets. I just wanted you to know that Kenny did an outstanding job. Kenny was professional, engaging, efficient and informative. Not only that but he showed real respect for my situation. When I let him know that I would be keeping my distance and wearing a mask, he showed no displeasure. Add to that, he came into my home wearing a mask (which I did not request); and he wore his mask anytime he was in my home.
So Kenny fixed the running toilet, starting working on the leaking toilet but let me know he could replace that one TODAY. So now I have two working toilets! Outstanding!

Linwood Mosly was the Newcomb serviceman that came to my house. He was right on time and provided excellent service. I am considering replacing some of my toilets and Linwood took stock of the three toilets and advised me on estimated installation costs and also some other details and advice on what to order, etc. He also took care of a minor problem I was having with one of the toilets. Best plumber ever!!! We had a flood late at night coming from our downstairs bathroom. Edwin was so kind to come out at almost mid night to check things out. He was able to figure out problem and fixed it swiftly. He also made us aware of an issue that could cause another problem in the future. Edwin is a great plumber with attention to detail and does great work! One more thing- he was also helpful in connecting us with a restoration team to help with damages. All around a solid company and we’ll be using them in the future if need be.

The guys from Raleigh Heating & Air were great. They showed up on time, assessed the situation, and returned the next day when they discovered additional parts were needed. We would highly recommend them. They kept to the original quoted price, even though additional work was required. Great job!!

CK's Plumbing and Backflow ran a natural gas line from our crawlspace to the new grill. From the beginning they responded quickly, had someone over for a quote in no time, and provided wonderful customer service throughout always letting me know what was going on. As for the work, they did an amazing job and did it efficiently with no reason for concern on my part. The crew were friendly and respectful of my house and property.
