I became familiar with Cape Fear in July , 2022. I have a 3.5 year old Trane unit that to say the least was a problem child from the time it was installed. 12 visits by four different companies including the installer did not solve my 3.5 year old problem. Enter Rodney Pope of Cape Fear. One diagnostic visit and a next day return with the proper part and my troubles were over in the month of July. I have since needed further service on the same unit and had the same great experience with Rodney Pope. He is a credit to Cape Fear and to his HVAC industry.

We are new to Raleigh and just used an online referral to call a well reviewed service, William Parrish Plumbing. Never had a better quality or more professional service. And to top that an unheard of price. Friendly, fast and efficient way an unexpected surprise. Will not call any other.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

During an emergency call, we were told by another plumber that we needed a new pressure reducing valve. My gut told me to do my research, and I'm glad I did. Waite offered the best price of the 3 plumbers I called, accommodated a last minute schedule change to our appointment, and to top it off, they got here and discovered that we did not in fact need the new part.
