Best Main Water Line Leak in Raleigh NC

Great experience with Air Experts for our semi-annual tune up! Nick arrived on time wearing a mask and shoe covers. Never entered the house without either as he worked. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained anything he noticed during our tune up. Very polite and knowledgeable.

David was a life saver! Today, on a Sunday, we had sewage water spewing out of the powder room toilet. He responded to us so quickly! He assessed the problem and cleared the clog completely, inside and in the crawl space. This is not the first time he has solved our plumbing problems. Always professional and such a pleasure to work with. We trust him completely!! We highly recommend him!

Poole's Plumbing performs as the owner claims in television commercials, doing it right the first time. The service advisors were especially patient and kind, given my misunderstanding of the very clear telephone voice mail message which I misunderstood and then misrepresented. Nobody became belligerent or accusatory. Thank you for that. I value their competent, caring, professional manner. Kenny Hogg and his assistant were considerate (they wore foot coverings and greeted me with courtesy and kindness), quickly established a relationship of rapport, respect, and trust, and performed their work in a competent, caring, and considerate manner. Tim was prompt, knowledgeable, and communicative. He completed the repair efficiently and cleaned up afterward. The cost was reasonable. I have used CK's Plumbing for a couple of years and they are by far the best I have worked with in my 12 years here in Raleigh.

Wayne #3112 came very quickly and fixed our bathrooms the first time. He even came by a few days later to be sure they were still working. More employees like Wayne would benefit Roto-Rooter!

Contacted Bolton to put in place a re-circulation pump on my hot water line. Frank the technician (courteous, prompt, respectful) completed the work in less than one (1) hour and 30 minutes.
The pump listed retail at $360, tubing and tee est. $50 max.
Why did the Brian the service manager proceed in charging me $1479.98 (the estimated price). Labor, disconnecting my hot water line, purging the tank, placing the pump in-line, installing a tee under my sink.
This is a prime example of a company who gouges customers, whom employs a service managers who has absolutely no people skills, and has no ability to separate logic from the non-reality.
I would not recommend this company.
I will never do business with this company ever again
I have both invoices, mails, and recorded conversations that clearly express the act of trying to take advantage of the customer.
To add insult to an already injured situation, the receptionist Kelly called me the next day of receiving the severely reduced invoice and made an attempt to collect...all the while - the payment was sent via US mail the same day of receiving the more realistic invoice.
Again, if you do not want to share my pain...avoid this company!

I had a hot water heater issue that developed on Saturday. I called what I thought was a larger reputable company on Saturday. As of Monday morning at 0945 I was STILL trying to get the larger, and obviously unreliable company to my house. I called Carolina Plumbing and Repair on Monday morning at 0945. Within 40 minutes, Tim was at my house. An hour and a half later the repair was complete and Tim was leaving. I don't usually leave reviews like this, but after the issues I had with the other company and the GREAT response I had from Carolina Plumbing and Repair I thought--why the hell shouldn't I let other people know how GREAT this company treated me? I guess I should also leave a review for that other company that ended up being bad. I will do that eventually, I won't say who they are here but their initials are ARS. Time gave me an estimate of the repair cost within 10 minutes of arriving and the repair was right at that estimated cost. If you are looking for a plumber in the Garner/Raleigh/Cary area--in my opinion--you CANNOT go wrong with Carolina Plumbing and Repair. Go ahead, give em' a call. You won't regret it!!!

Keith put in a tankless water heater in our house. He rerouted the gas lines and look nice and organized.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.

Our company did work for Andrew at Your Service Pro and he has refused to pay us for our work. Nor has he been responsive to our payment request over the last 6-8 months.
