The service tech was great. Your price is too expensive. Had used your company previously, for the same problem; and was pleased with the service and price. What a difference a few years makes. You have lost a customer. I wiil no longer recommend you.

Because they had a technician come out give me a price and then when I thought the price they gave me was the deal they came out the day of the job and said the last technician that came out didn’t look good it’s more work and add on another 1300$ not good business at all

Called for quote to install sink I purchased, they could not give me any kind of estimate had to pay $100.00 for someone to come ad give me an estimate for over a thousand dollars,called 2 other plumbers and both estimates were under $500.00 , had the sink installed for $497.32.

We got three different estimates to look into a backup issue with our toilet. PK Plumbing was the only company that strongly suggested doing a camera diagnosis first. In that way we would be completely certain what the problem is and where it is located. Makes sense. Well, I'm so happy that we approached the problem that way. The diagnoses was the cheapest item on their estimate. It ended up being an issue that needed to be taken care of by the Town of Cary, as the sewage lines were backed up outside our property. We would have wasted money cleaning our pipes with the other companies. PK Plumbing even remained available to speak with the town of Cary to make sure they took care of that quickly. They were so professional, knowledgeable and caring!! I give them FIVE STARS!!

After hours service call by Kevin saved the day! With weekend company arriving in a matter of hours the A/C goes out - panic city. Fortunately this great company was able to help, Kevin immediately found and fixed the problem and even had a dog treat with him for Jake! Will never call any other company for heating or A/C - these folks are tops!

Arbor Plumbing and Backflow is the best! I had to have a backflow inspection ASAP, but they were able to come within short notice. I didn’t know that there was a problem with the backflow, but Mike offered to fix it right away for a very competitive price. Compared to my previous backflow company, this company is top-notch!
