Best Outdoor Plumbing System Repair in Portland OR

I had a wonderful experience with Peter from 3 Mountains Plumbing! I’m a new homeowner of a very old house, and in the evening I had discovered a leak under the bathroom sink and suspected a pipe had burst. 3 Mountains Plumbing called me the next morning and sent someone out within the hour. Peter was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He patiently answered ALL of my plumbing questions regarding my very old hot water heater, a garbage disposal installation, and he found a shut off valve that I didn’t know existed to my outdoor kitchen! He fixed my original issue quickly which luckily did not involve a burst pipe. I would highly recommend Peter at 3 Mountains Plumbing and I would use them again for my all my future plumbing needs.

Nothing but good things to say. The original work was done in a timely manner and done well. They came out to CCTV the line quickly and got us scheduled for a few weeks out. Work was completed on time. Communication was great. Everything was perfect. Then my neighbor had issues on our shared lateral and I called David to ask if my repair could have impacted their connection. He came right out on his anniversary (Happy Anniversary!) and checked the line, ensuring he didn't cause the damage, and even helped my neighbors diagnose where their issue was. He came right out and said these are the things that would keep me up at night, I just had to be sure it wasn't something I did. Awesome service and he truly cares about his business and customers. Not always easy to find. I'd recommend these folks to anyone looking.

I have lived in my home for 21 years and have been told by more then one company that I had no clean out to my sewer drain. Well, the gentleman whom arrived to give me an estimate to repair sewer line with tree roots growing through it said he was the clean out hound. If I had one he’d find it and he did! This means, one does not need to be added. So, Mr. Rooter saved me before the project even began.I appreciate his hard work and dedication.

I called looking for help with a very clogged tub - the water wasn't draining at all - and it had been several days. The fact that they did not charge to come out and look/give me an estimate offered me a sigh of relief. Others whom I had called charged a substantial fee just to show up - and while I understand why they do that, it was just too unnerving - because I already knew it was going to cost a lot - plumbing is just expensive - no matter how you look at it; I didn't want to commit to anything before I saw the bottom line.

Anyway, Patrick was in the neighborhood and was able to show up the same day. He was polite, considerate, and to the point. Gave me my options and did the work. I especially appreciate that (as he says) his company wants to help educate their clients - which benefits the client AND the relationship with CCP&D. He gave me simple suggestions for maintenance, which I really appreciate. And I will NEVER AGAIN use Drano.

Called for a quote on the tankless water heater I wanted and All Pro far beat out other companies. Also had them install an additional drain line. Kaleo, Jose, & Nate came out and did a terrific job. I suggested possible shortcuts that would make the job easier but not look nearly as good and they came up with even better options within budget. They were able to far surpass even the most fickle person's needs! Can't recommend them enough.

Tommy was just so super with his help in replacing a badly needed new filter and batteries He was polite and explained all he did and why he did the service. Tommy gave excellent service and I would call hiim back

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.
