Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Portland OR

Our water heater was on its last days so I texted and left Joe a voicemail and within a couple hours had quotes and options, which was exactly what we were looking for. Coincidentally 5 days later our water heater leaked all over the garage so I texted Joe at 8:00 am hoping to get on his schedule ASAP and he was at our house at 1:00 pm SAME DAY! He had the new tank in his truck and had everything he needed and got to work putting in the new one and hauling away the old one. He was done in 2 hours and we had hot water by 4:00 pm. Thanks Joe!

We were having water pressure issues and needed to replace our PRV. We didn’t want to use the first plumbing company we used to diagnose the problem so we contacted Gary and he came right away. We are so thankful that we found him. He was patient and thorough and an excellent communicator. I called Power Plumbing with a pipe burst and flowing water under our house from the cold weather. Unfortunately, every other plumber was dealing with the same issue all around Portland due to below freezing temps. I was on the wait list with 10 plumbers till calling Power Plumbing. They were so helpful and showed compassion upon hearing my situation. Christine said they were also booked up till the next day but she would try one more option to see if she could help. Little did I know she had called the owner, and within minutes, his truck was pulling up to my house! He quickly discovered the problem and solved the problem within minutes. I will call Power Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues. They provided exceptional customer service and did it with urgency and a smile! Thank you Power Plumbing!

Once again Bob saved the day. A few years ago we had Bob put in new water hoses, a hot water heater and outside hose bibs. He gave us a great bid, did the work professionally and was amazingly punctual. And now after dropping one of our house keys in the drain he fished it out so quickly and without any need to redo all of the drain/pedestal etc that i was in awe! He really is a great plumber. Now we have him looking at our back yard to consult on a french drain system or something like that for water abatement. We will always keep his number handy for the next plumbing need.

I haven't call them for plumbing services. And I NEVER will. One of their drivers almost caused an accident in Oregon city this evening. Probably shouldn't have tried to switch lanes at the last second. And if you are going to drive like a crazy person, DON'T DO IT IN YOUR COMPANYS VEHICLE!!!

Great experience with Rowe Plumbing. They just left. They fixed the problem, set up a fan to dry the location, sprayed to prevent mold. They did a great job, all in under an hour. Highly recommended. We'll call them again if we ever help with plumbing.

Edit 2021: The leak that we'd had in 2020 either reappeared or a similar leak began. They were helpful in getting someone out to the house. Once their person arrived, they quoted a rate that was more than twice as expensive as the prior year ($500 - $800, and for which they would provide no warranty) which was expensive enough that I decided I'd figure out how to fix it instead. It took a trip to Home Depot and a quick review of YouTube but for less than $30 I was able to fix the problem in less than 15 minutes, and I'm a rank amateur. I also fixed it with a metal mesh plated replacement with a 200 PSI rating unlikely to ever break again. If I could do it in less than 15 minutes (it took two snips to get the bad hose out, then a new flexible footlong metal mesh covered piece of hose was placed where the bad hose had been using self-connecting Sharkbite connectors on either end), why couldn't a pro have done that in under 5 minutes for under $200? For them to have quoted $500 for a five minute job was insulting. As a result, we're not planning on inviting them back in the event any additional plumbing work is required. Any good will from 2020 is now just gone.

Bought a water heater from Home Depot that took awhile to be delivered due to low stock, scheduled Fast to install. The quote ended up being very close to the final cost so no surprises even though the new water heater dimensions were slightly different than what we currently had. Scheduling was quick and the installers were great, they hauled the old one away and no issues with our new carpeting (even had to go up/down carpeted stairs). Highly recommended.

Have used Beaverton Plumbing 4 times over 12 years (water heater replacement and fawcett, tub and pressure reducer repairs). They are always courteous, reliable and exceptionally capable. Azzeddine recently diagnosed and fixed tub connector leak - very fast and very reasonable price. He took extra time to explain the problem and ways to prevent recurrence. Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
