While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. Their lunatic driver nearly ran me off the freeway today cutting me off going about 20 miles over the speed limit. Somebody needs to find that driver and let him know it is extremely dangerous to drive like that in traffic. Would never hire from a company like this.

Once I had some work done by Craig Anderson, I don't use anyone else. They're good about scheduling, efficient in their work, and honest in their billing. When one of their plumbers had to go into the crawl space, he assessed accurately, taking all the tools and supplies he'd need so he wouldn't have to crawl in and out multiple times.

Once again Bob saved the day. A few years ago we had Bob put in new water hoses, a hot water heater and outside hose bibs. He gave us a great bid, did the work professionally and was amazingly punctual. And now after dropping one of our house keys in the drain he fished it out so quickly and without any need to redo all of the drain/pedestal etc that i was in awe! He really is a great plumber. Now we have him looking at our back yard to consult on a french drain system or something like that for water abatement. We will always keep his number handy for the next plumbing need.

Efficient and professional office staff set up the appointment with a one-hour window for arrival. [One hour!! Most companies offer AM or PM windows at best] The service and fee was described over the phone. The plumber arrived promptly during the appointment window and fixed a broken pipe under a bathroom sink. Cost was less than the predicted bid. Great service. Competent and knowledgeable. Will use again.

The pricing is astronomical for the work we had done and not one person at this company can tell me how they came up with the pricing and the breakdown. I will never use this company again. We paid $1700 for an outdoor pipe repair/leak that took less then 3 hours to be fixed and minimal supplies.

Ken was the very best plumber that we have ever encountered. He was recommended by our good neighbor, and sure enough he was not only a really pleasant gentleman but also a highly knowledgeable plumber with reasonable fee (surely less than I expected based on our prior experience). I would definitely go back to him when we have any plumbing issue.

I haven't call them for plumbing services. And I NEVER will. One of their drivers almost caused an accident in Oregon city this evening. Probably shouldn't have tried to switch lanes at the last second. And if you are going to drive like a crazy person, DON'T DO IT IN YOUR COMPANYS VEHICLE!!!

We have used Mike on at least a dozen jobs from clogged drains to minor repairs to running new pipe. & we will continue to use him.
He does excellent work and treats our tenants well.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. They installed a water heater and missed one detail. Trying to get someone out to correct it involved being on hold for hours and being hung up on a couple of times.
I waited for 5 hours for a technician. It was a no show. After I called back they said the part was back ordered. Nobody let me know that throughout the day while I was waiting. HUH???
Do not waste your time with a 2nd rate company like this.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
