My septic system was not working as well as it should be so I made a call to River City Environmental. They showed up when they said they would. They pumped out my tanks and fixed my septic system. The office quoted me a price for that service and thats what I payed the service man when he completed the job. I will use them again if needed.

We are not on city sewer and have a septic tank with a warning alarm where we live. The alarm was tripped on a Sunday afternoon and we knew we either needed the tank pumped or maybe our pump failed. We experienced this before and knew we needed to get service ASAP. Monday morning I called PDX Sewer Solutions to help us out. Rob took my call and discuss options with me. He came over quickly (within 1-2 hours) to take a look and assess our situation. He was able to what we needed and he helped us right away. Rob was so kind and easy to work with. He explained everything in detail and the price was lower than other companies we have used in the past. I am an extremely happy customer and they will be my first call the next time we need service. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions and will be a happy return customer.

I needed a natural gas pipe connection terminated and capped. I was in a real bind from a scheduling perspective and Adam and his team came to my rescue. I called almost every plumber in the Portland Metro area and no one was able to help for a simple job that took about one hour from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help me out and their price was absolutely reasonable, based on the fact that they were willing to accommodate my schedule. Rick was not understanding and the communication of the whole company is awful. Do not go with this company or you will be out your hard earned money and they could honestly care less.

Great service and guys that really know what they are doing. We had our PVC pipe running from the street break so we're without water for a week. These guys gave us several options and were very informative making it very easy to decide what to do. Once we made a choice they lined it up as quick as possible. Also fixed the PRV which fixed water pressure issues we had been having for 10 years or more. Tucker was the lead and John was called in to help. Couldn't be happier with the work. Well done guys!

Steve (owner) was able to come out to clear our drains on the same day I called him. Not only did he fix the clogs in our kitchen sink and dishwasher and bathroom tub, but he also fixed the plumbing under our sink that was leaking. Overall, a super friendly and helpful guy.

Our water would not stop running in the tub. I called nearly 30 places in town to get help and all but two were too busy to get us in today. The first company showed up, refused service unless we signed off that it was OK if they made the situation worse, and was going to charge $170/hour. Well, I am not dumb and I sent them away. I'd rather wait a day to use the water than work with someone like that. Just after I sent them away, the office of Power Plumbing called me back from my inquiry earlier in the day to let me know one plumber finished a bit early and could come take a look. Steve arrived and SAVED THE DAY! We have a 66 year old house with original plumbing and he not only stopped the flowing water but also stopped the leak that was there and fixed the ever-spinning water levers. AND he was so pleasant. Oh, and this was all done for less than the cost of one hour with the other company. Finally, my husband who works in commercial construction arrived home and said he loves Power Plumbing and uses them all the time on his jobs.

Duane came out on a Sunday to help me with a bathroom remodel. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.
