Tony did a great job! He was able to snake our drain 40 feet. Since it is a ranch home, he went the extra mile and checked the entire pipe line by entering our crawl space. He ensured everything was tip-top. He very meticulous and takes his job seriously.

They fixed a stubborn problem that others had failed to solve, and they did it for a reasonable price. In addition to their great work, they have amazing customer service! About 6 months after my sewer work I started having trouble again. They sent someone over within hours of my call and inspected the pipe. The problem turned out to be nothing but a greasy blockage. They did not charge me or make me feel at all like I had wasted their time. For this, and their quality of work, I can't recommend them enough.

When I was working on a parking lot for another company, I found myself impressed with the layout of the lines and optimization of the space. Mario provided sensible information fast, even on weekends. He rediagnosed a problem and provided a much more through and rational repair recommendaiton than the other service provider that I contacted, and Mario's price was about 24% of the other provider's bid. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

Floor drain in mud room was blacking up to the point I couldn’t take it anymore. Called in the morning and had a tech out in the early afternoon. Don’t be shocked by the initial price. They have everything they need to take care of the problem. It’s money we’ll spent and there’s a 6 mos warranty on work. Yes it’s tough to bite the bullet but the result is well worth it.

Steve answered my call and knew right away what I was dealing with. We made an appointment for the next day and he came in and unclogged my soapstone utility drain in less than 30 min which made me very happy! Called to help with repair on rental property. Could not do repair per company policy. Suggested thousands of dollar alternative or find someone else. Personnel were rude and non communicative. I would suggest you find a different company for your plumbing needs.

We moved into our West Linn home just over a year ago and we have had Bob with Nichols Plumbing out 3 times for 3 separate issues. Each time he was very responsive, especially for one plumbing emergency. Bob is very knowledgeable, and his prices are fair. On his most recent visit he replaced our hot water tank with a nice 75-gallon tank. It is nice, our family has yet to run out of hot water. Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
