Best Water Service Replacement in Portland OR

Our water heater failed and we were in need of a replacement in a timely fashion. We reached out to three different plumbers for quotes and Joe provided the best combination of professionalism, responsiveness, and price certainty. We sent him a few pictures of our setup, and he provided an all in price in minutes. Others only provided starting at estimates, while informing us that the costs could go up depending on what was found when they arrived.

At 3 pm, we informed Joe of our decision to move forward with his services. By 5 pm, he and his colleague (Dallas) were at our door and ready to get started. A little over 2 hours later, Joe and Dallas had removed the old unit, installed the new one, and completed the plumbing upgrades which were required to bring our substandard configuration up to code. Joe and Dallas were both extremely friendly, professional, and top-notch craftsman.

If you want an outstanding plumber to replace your water heater at a great price, stop looking...Joe's your guy!

The two guys worked SO hard today. Jennri kept us informed of their progress and let us know what they were doing every step of the way. They were very respectful of the property and put things back where they were. We will definitely call 3 Mountains Plumbing for all our plumbing needs, and crow about them to our neighbors and anyone who asks.

Having to do a sewer line repair from our house to the street is not something you look forward to doing. But if you've got to do it (and apparently you do or you wouldn't be reading this review), Sewer Renewal Specialists makes it a lot easier to deal with. Initial contact was with Cindy in the office. She was very friendly and helpful. Joe came out to do the estimate. Took the time to show me and explain what he was seeing with the camera. Discussed the process and answered my questions. After receiving the bid, David, the owner, was very responsive to my follow up questions. Joe's and David's professionalism won them the job and the rest of the crew were just as good. Taylor and Jose did the bulk of the work with the excavation and insertion of the pipe lining. Kamryn and William arrived the next day to finish the job with pulling the balloon, closing up the pipe and refilling the hole. Finally came Garrick to do a great job with the concrete to seal the hole. All of them clearly knew what they were doing and worked very well together as teams. And they all let me hang around to watch and ask questions about the process which I enjoyed a lot. I also need to compliment them on the software they use which kept me well informed about appointments and arrival times. The bid and invoice documents were also very clear and easy to read.

Erik and co. are amazing. I am so grateful for the prompt, pro job they did on my shower. Super happy to have their number for future services!

They installed a new supply line from the street to the house. They went above and beyond. Did a great job cleaning up when done. Everyone one was very professional and polite.

I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater. Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner!

PEX Plumbing did an entire house repiping for us, including the line from the street. The entire crew (Jason, Enrique, Gaven, Jeff) was very professional and experienced, courteous, fast and clean. Very good experience!

Very poor workmanship, failed to connect drains to sewer line, failed 3 final inspections, scratched new tub, left gaps around finish piping, left foam residue on new tile floor. I would not recommend hiring this company.
