Best Water Main Replacement in Portland OR

My aging water heater started leaking so I contacted Joe via text. He was very responsive and gave me options to choose for my replacement water heater. Once I made a selection, he was out the same day. It's rare you can find someone to communicate through every step in the process and be so quick to response and resolve the issue.

I tried another plumber and his estimate to solve the problem
was 900.00 more to do the job. I was very pleased with the
estimate and the knowledge shown. I would recommend them
highly.

Very difficult cast in place pipe job that Taylor and Hose did. These guys were great. Fun to be around, and they went the extra mile to get it done. 5 stars for the job and both Taylor and Hose.

Plumbers are hit and miss. We lucked out with Sutherland. Didn't try to upset us on new pipings or fittings that weren't necessary. Just came and solved the leak issue we were having under our kitchen sink. Definitely recommended!

Pro line started 2023 out wonderfully for me. I called 7 plumbers after the ice storm because my bathroom water barely existed. Pro line was the only plumbing company that talked to me. They scheduled me, sent me a fantastic plumber (Tyrone) who explained, diagnosed and fixed the problem.

I was adding an addition on the back of a house and architect told me there was a drywell in the backyard.

I hired my excavator and tore up the whole back yard! Nothing anywhere.

Exasperated, I called River City, and within minutes they told me exactly where it was in the front yard!

I have called them numerous times since this experience and they have come through with the right information. And better still, they have never asked me to pay them for this information.

We are not on city sewer and have a septic tank with a warning alarm where we live. The alarm was tripped on a Sunday afternoon and we knew we either needed the tank pumped or maybe our pump failed. My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

Cody was amazing during the consultation. I cant say enough good things about him! Super professional, cares about your needs as well as your budget. The ONLY reason I didn't do the project was due to price. It isn't that they are to expensive, it is just to expensive for me right now.I hope I get Cody again when I have the finances to complete the repairs I need to do!UPDATE: Cody and Nathan are great! Cody has done all of our plumbing projects and is THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIBLE man I have ever encountered. His attention to detail is amazing. His creativity is top notch. Our home has many plumbing issues. Some things just don't make sense. Cody was able to identify and fix nearly all of them.
