Andrea was flat out awesome. Great communicator who made the issue with our gutters very understandable. She even went into our crawl space to check for water damage, which was above and beyond. Service was great, and she put my downspout gutter back into place.I definitely will continue to use 3 Mountains after this experience.

A root ball was detected during an inspection for the sale of our house. Sewer Renewal Specialists was very prompt in their response for an estimate and very thorough as they explained the repairs needed. Their warranty was also far better than others we reviewed.

Jose and Taylor showed up very promptly on the scheduled day and went right to work. They did a great job of communicating as they progressed through the work. They completed it timely and did a great job of finishing the project.

Exactly what you want in a plumbing company. Trustworthy, honest, punctual, knowledgeable, and fair. We needed a faucet installed in the basement along with a washer/dryer hookup. Bob provided great advice, did great work, and charged a reasonable price that was significantly lower than bids we received from larger companies.

Scott removed our old utility sink and installed a new one, correcting the hot and cold water connections, and reinstalling the faucet which was still serviceable. He ran into a couple of glitches but kept within his estimate range. Kind and thoughtful in the process. We consider him our plumber now and refer anyone who asks!

Happy’s Plumbing did over $6,000 of work at our home on two separate projects. We currently do not have a labor warranty on their work and reached out to them after 18 months to take a look at an issue with the first project where a 12’ steel vent pipe they cut was not secured properly and the ABS pipe below it was bearing the brunt of its weight, contorting the plumbing lines beneath it. See attached pictures. They told us they will not come out because they make no money fixing things for us. This is a critical issue that needs attention, and they will not take responsibility. Don’t hire them unless you want to work with a company that doesn’t believe in fixing its mistakes and blames the customer for being difficult.

They have had to return to our home before to fix a leaking main shut off valve and to correct their poorly installed water heater connection after a $4,000+ project to replace all our steel water supply lines with PEX. Even then, their ownership had issues fixing their mistakes while the work was still under warranty.

I want to warn future customers against working with Happy’s Plumbing. They are not customer friendly and have an aversion to detail and fixing issues they caused.

I had, a fowl leak in my crawl space, it took a little communication, but with the help of Pauls team. The problem has been solved. A professional, and ethical company. Paul called to follow up after his crew had finished the work. the plumber apprentice team worked well and were well prepared for there scope of work. CALL PAUL!

Absolutely the finest professionals you could ever find!!! I had two entirely separate but very serious and simultaneous plumbing leaks right before the Christmas holiday. I did not know who to call, but the companies I first tried (using alphabetical list online) told me these were serious problems and needed immediate attention, but that they simply could not see me until after the holidays. In addition, we were having very cold weather that would have made breakdown of water heater alone a miserable experience. Fortunately, these companies recommended Detemple and I am so grateful. Brian of DeTemple came out on very short notice (working overtime to help me), and basically prevented serious damage to my home and potentially miserable problems!!! He diagnosed the problems thoroughly, quickly, and perfectly. And he then did the very best repair and replacement services for me. I highly recommend this wonderful company to everyone.

Bought a water heater from Home Depot that took awhile to be delivered due to low stock, scheduled Fast to install. The quote ended up being very close to the final cost so no surprises even though the new water heater dimensions were slightly different than what we currently had. Scheduling was quick and the installers were great, they hauled the old one away and no issues with our new carpeting (even had to go up/down carpeted stairs). Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. Abandoned job after hours of waiting because they were too lazy to look for parking downtown.
