Nothing but good things to say. The original work was done in a timely manner and done well. They came out to CCTV the line quickly and got us scheduled for a few weeks out. Work was completed on time. Communication was great. Everything was perfect. Then my neighbor had issues on our shared lateral and I called David to ask if my repair could have impacted their connection. He came right out on his anniversary (Happy Anniversary!) and checked the line, ensuring he didn't cause the damage, and even helped my neighbors diagnose where their issue was. He came right out and said these are the things that would keep me up at night, I just had to be sure it wasn't something I did. Awesome service and he truly cares about his business and customers. Not always easy to find. I'd recommend these folks to anyone looking.

Bob is a true professional, quick, honest and accessible. We noticed that our water bill tripled out of nowhere , we called Bob to come by and diagnose the issue, he was flexible and made us feel like a top priority. He had our leak fixed quickly and at a phenomenal rate. We live in Oregon City and will only be working with Nichols Plumbing moving forward.

I had them over mostly for a slow drain in one bathroom, which they scoped and flushed, fixing the problem. I had been wanting to get the toilets replaced so got that done too. While waiting for one of the crew to get the other toilet the others cleaned out the tub faucet cartridge and attached a sink stopper to its linkage. Well worth the price because they go above and beyond. Highly recommend and would hire for future work.

I have used this company twice. Both times they pushed the most expensive option to replace rather than repair small leaks in brand new sink fixtures. My big issue is if they diagnose a leak and fix it they won’t guarantee their work if they didn’t install the original fixture. Their solution was to replace the 13 month old drain stopper for a completely new one for $500 due to an issue with the seal on the stopper, even though the stopper wasn’t defective, just the seal around it. I decided to go through with it because I felt very pressured to do given scare tactics that if he sealed it and it didn’t work, I would have to pay to have it fixed again.I decided to try again in my wish to offer the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a one time thing. My mother in law’s kitchen sink sprung a small leak. They came out and determined that a hose was loose and defective. Rather than order a new hose and install. Once again their solution is to replace the ENTIRE faucet for $1200. It’s three years old. Now I understand that companies don’t keep every part for every brand of product in stock. No problem. But I was once again pressed that it would be hard to find the part and it would require lots of money and time. So the best solution was to replace. Meanwhile, I found the part online at a spare parts retailer for $23 in a matter of minutes. Then the argument once again was that if I order and they install the new hose they won’t guarantee the work and if they do a shoddy job installing it. I’ll have to pay to fix it again. This exact exchange happened “so even if you install the part incorrectly and it still leaks you won’t come back and fix it properly?” “No Because we didn’t install the whole faucet.”What? Makes no sense. So basically if you didn’t install all the plumbing and fixtures in my house you won’t guarantee your work unless you replace everything?No thanks. I’ll take my chances and find someone who is a little more practical and professional. I understand it’s not the plumber who decides the protocol and the rates but it seems like protocol for this company is pushing the most expensive option, that makes them the most amount of money, in the shortest amount of time possible.

My first job with them was when my water main broke and started leaking into our finished basement. They came out to diagnose it the same day I called, helped me mitigate it, and were out the next morning to replace it. They coordinated the contractors and permitting necessary to get the job done, and have showed up on time, with notice, whenever they are coming over.

Today was easy: What I thought was a leaking hose bib they determined to be my dryer vent leaking into the gap above the ceiling and condensing on the cold water input. Nick left me with a plan for confirming it and an easy fix I can manage on my own.

Having had a lot of troubles with this house over the years (how many different ways can a finished basement leak?!), the folks at Pacific Crest Plumbing have been refreshingly reliable and easy to work with.

I was referred to ProFleet by my realtor. She had referred the company to numerous people who were all happy with the work they did. They replaced three layers of old roofing and did a new install. I also had them lay a bathroom floor and plumb for a new vanity. Brent was wonderful to work with. Being that I bought a 1967 house , we ran into a couple issues and Brent always had a solution. He has a can do attitude which is great to work with. I would highly recommend ProFleet!. PS. All the employees that worked on my projects were great as well.

Our water main pipe broke, erupting in our yard in a way you never want to see as a homeowner. After the water district turned off our water service, Cornel's was on-site in less than a day. However, the plumber that responded said the problem required a digging crew and fix team that was beyond what he could do. So we were out of water for two more days (I assume waiting for the crew to be available). The issue was fixed within a few hours of the crew's arrival. The cost for the main line repair (and replacing surrounding pipes) was about $2K. Cornel's did a good job.

Really unhappy with the service I received from them. And they are completely overpriced.

I called to have my bathtub uncloged and I was going in to my sisters room to get 50 dollars for a 2 minute job.I was not fast enough for them to give them the money they left so I called and ask if I could pay with my debit card and the crew and answering service told me they would have someone call me and the crew thought they wasted their time to come out and unclog my bathtub drain for a 2 minute job and they wanted to charge me $50.00 the one guy I think his name was Ben was a smart ass to began with as soon as I answered my door I will not use pauls plumbing again.

Quality service, reasonably priced, top shelf in every way. I've been a contractor for over 30 years. I know the difference.

I very rarely write reviews, but the total incompetence of fastwaterheater in Portland prompted me to leave this review. For over one week they cancelled my first appointment, then were a no-show, then had the wrong notes associated with an install they never came out for. Even after they cancelled the appointment, I did not get priority scheduling, I had to wait for the next available appointment - I finally told them I was going to have to call someone else and they did not seem that surprised. Would not recommend, there is nothing fast about this company.

The darn spare bathroom's sink and our not-too-old water heater have been trouble for awhile. Hubby had to shut off the cold water to the sink because the pipes leaked, and the hot dripped endlessly! Thank you so much, Kenney & Einstein Plumbing, for the quick, same-day response and excellent service! It's so nice to have cold water and no drips! The water heater was shutting off randomly (brrr! cold showers suck!) for several months now, and Kenney performed some electrical surgery and we should be good as new! This business card's going in the Keep! file!
