Oh man! This guy was a life saver! The price was ALOT better then the multiple other places I called! He was super friendly and professional. He explained everything that was going on, very easy to talk too. He had what I thought was a crisis completed within 30 minutes! I literally could not have asked for a better plumber he was friendly professional and not annoyed by my nosey dog. Honestly I am a female in her twenties and to find someone to work on my house that is professional and explain things to me while not making me feel like I'm getting taken advantage of is a big plus to me and he really just was great about explaining everything and also the price was amazing because every other place I called was trying to tack on all of this unnecessary things and he was honest and just appreciated how nice he was.

Great experience. Scheduling was very easy, and Max, our plumbing technician was absolutely the best. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the fix in detail. Max was very personable and upbeat, and obviously knew his stuff.

A disaster in the water main flooded the basement of our building. It could have been much worse if it was not addressed immediately. We called River city Environmental. They brought their Guzzler truck and fixed the problem at the cost we agree on.

This is long overdue, but recently a girlfriend and I had a disagreement over whose plumber was better (No, you need to use MY guy for your next project.) Turns out we both use Terry. The entire crew is lovely, I trust them to give a fair quote and do great work. Bonus points: my cats love them.

Mario @ Smittys Sewer Repair replaced part of my sewer line, and then ran CIPP through the rest of the sewer line. They made sure the tree roots were gone before they continued their work. The men on the crew were efficient, friendly and professional. They cleaned up as they did the work. They were usually early each morning. Plus they advised me at each step of the way what they were doing and when they would be doing the work. I would highly recommend them.

The initial visit to unclog the toilet was positive. They diagnosed the issue and got things going. They then told us we needed a new septic tank. This part of the service went fairly well. Then it was determined we needed a new drain field. This took over three months to complete. This was complicated by poor communication/coordination with the county to acquire the permits. Inaccurate plans (measurements) were submitted, resulting in delays. Some employees seemed less competent than others and were left to problem solve situations they had no knowledge or experience with, resulting in us having to go without water and toilets for almost 4 days without notice or providing even a porta potty. At times they didn't have all the necessary tools and had to borrow ours. They left the work site messy. Buried plastic in the potholes, open glue containers and broken shovels were left. We often didn't know if or when they were coming. Communication with the project manager was inconsistent. I would recommend Roto- rooter for unclogging drains, but not installing septic or drain fields.

John and James replaced a leaking shower drain pipe in my gross crawlspace quickly and for an extremely reasonable price. And, they were very friendly and easy to work with. The entire experience was great. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter, especially if all the technicians are like John and James.

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

Steve answered my call and knew right away what I was dealing with. We made an appointment for the next day and he came in and unclogged my soapstone utility drain in less than 30 min which made me very happy! We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

The guys did an excellent job replacing a leaking water heater and bringing it up to code at my mom's house last fall. They came out quickly and got to work right away. I needed a new washing machine so I decided to replace the shut off valves at the same time. They arrived promptly, got to work right away and again did an fantastic job! They are my new go-to company for any future plumbing needs.

Bob did a great job replacing our water main. Responsive to emergency request, solid bid, responsive communications, quality craftsmanship. I will use Bob again and as a former commercial plumber i am not easy to please.

Very professional but, very high priced. I was quoted almost $800 for a fairly simple clogged drain that need to be cleared and reseat a toilet. Way overpriced for 2 hours of work. i turned down their estimate.

This was my second time using this company. My former plumber recommended Craig Anderson Plumbing. Tim did a great job setting my new toilet. Craig retired and sold to Green Box and the existing staff went to Green Box. I had a second opportunity to call them and Tim came out again and solved the problem of a broken flange. Good work all the way around.
