About 6 months after my sewer work I started having trouble again. They sent someone over within hours of my call and inspected the pipe. The problem turned out to be nothing but a greasy blockage. They did not charge me or make me feel at all like I had wasted their time. For this, and their quality of work, I can't recommend them enough.

We had a leak detected from our water meter. Upon shutting off our house water supply, the water was still flowing. Ti came to our house to diagnose the issue and very thoroughly explained what the issue could be and our different options/costs associated. Thinking it could be an issue with the main water line, we scheduled a replacement. Ti and his crew were very easy to work around our busy schedule. Upon started the work, Ti and Cameron discovered the leak was actually an issue with irrigation and we had no need to replace the entire main water line. They were very honest and ended up saving us 1000s of dollars. Their service was very good and I would highly recommend them if you care about honesty and quality.

Terry is a straight shooter. His prices are fair, he works hard, and does a great job.
Him and his son installed a pressure regulator, some new line, a toilet, an expansion tank, and a relief valve on the water heater. Our system is more complicated than most peoples, because we receive 150psi from the main. Terry explained everything, and has our place dialed in.

Mario was awesome. We were having gutters put in and needed an outside drain cap cut off in a hurry for a new downspout. We could not find a soul to do that. This was a dinky job but he did it anyway and quickly. He also gave us advice that saved us a huge headache and a ton of money had we listened to another company. Plus, he was just so pleasant and professional. We would hire him for any larger job in a heartbeat. Thanks Mario simply for being blunt and honest!

In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

I ALMOST GOT BURNED! The only good thing about Pipeline Plumbing (Lake Oswego) is that Darla (office assistant) was helpful in responding. She promptly dispatched an apprentice plumber (Grant) to fix our toilet, but his visit ($125 assessment fee) was truly a waste of money – talk about flushing money down the drain! He quoted $570 to fix the toilet’s shutoff valve and fill valve and said that nothing is wrong with the flush handle (it was obviously loose). My wife quickly called George Morlan Pumbling Supply in Tigard to get an unbiased third party opinion about pricing. GMPS assured her that with such amount we could have paid for labor to install an entirely new toilet, and the material costs only about $25. Not wanting to lose my $125, I tried to negotiate the price, but was flatly refused. Thus I paid the $125 fee, cause I don’t like to be blackmailed, by anyone, let alone a plumber.
Then I called another plumber (Greg from Premier Plumbing). Without much drama, he arrived within an hour, replaced the fill valve, fixed the flush handle, and inspected the shutoff valve (which worked just fine) for a much more reasonable price of $200. Judge for yourself.

He came to assess many problems and fixed one on the spot. He gave many quotes to me. The prices were very reasonable. He even worked on the weekend. Very professional and knowledgeable and explained things very well. He was polite. It is good to work with a local person instead of a national chain. He is now my go-to plumber.

We Remodeled a house project with them. I liked them, but they installed a water mixer on top of the hot water heater that made the tank stack and trip the shut off, so no hot water. Upon calling them, Western stated they don't repair anything related to the hot water heater and had me call a hot water heater repair company. Two months later as this had been going on the, hot water repair company finally figured out that Western had improperly installed the water mixer on top of the tank. The repair company did then fix the issue by removing the part. The repair company then charged me for the work. I told them they should be charging Western Plumbing and you would think that Western would stand behind their installation. After arguing with the owner of Western Plumbing about it he refuse to pay them, stating the county required the mixer even though they knew it would be a problem ( no one told me ) The plumbing contract was well over 35K and the charge for repair was 150.00. As a sub-contractor, business owner myself, I would think they would take care of the bill with out complaint. Not impressed and will let others know my experience,
