Joe is fantastic.

I'll start with the fact that he owns his own business and he takes great pride in his work. He responded to our message about our leaking water heater within a couple hours! Joe shared with us all the information we needed to make a decision (no pressure or sly sales tricks) and he came out the following morning! He's honest, knowledgeable, fast, and pays attention to detail. Our house was back in working order in no time. He offered affordable prices and was pleasant to work with. He will be our go-to guy for anything water heater related and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mario provided sensible information fast, even on weekends. He rediagnosed a problem and provided a much more through and rational repair recommendaiton than the other service provider that I contacted, and Mario's price was about 24% of the other provider's bid. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

Gary was a life saver! Our water main pipe broke late last night and gushed for several hours before our neighbor alerted us. Thankfully my husband was able to figure out how to shut off the water from the meter but it wasn't easy (he didn't have the key) and so it took 45 minutes.

Gary was able to come over mid-morning after hubby got up at the crack of dawn to dig a hole where he suspected the broken pipe was. GARY FIXED THE BROKEN 2 PIPE AND CHARGED US a very fair hourly rate (even on a Sunday).

We will definitely call him again if we have plumbing problems. We live in Forest Heights and he is less than 10 minutes away.

Be sure to ask for Yuri. Yuri changed my water heater and water stops at each of my toilets. He spent installed a brand new American Made Commercial water heater for me. After it was done and he was installing the gas line to the water heater he noticed a slight crack in the fitting where the gas connected to the water pump, before I even knew it he had ripped the brand new water heater out and told me it just was not worth taking a chance and came back an hour later with another water heater and installed it. He also took the time to tell me and quickly show me how to install my toilets on my own. I did not pay him for that but he helped anyways. Anyways, if you had seen how clean his workmanship was and how professional the guy was you would understand why I recommend this company. Thanks P1 and Yuri.

Craig Anderson plumber Rick came out to help on short notice. I had broken one of the bolts on our ancient toilet flange and I thought the flange would need to be replaced (only toilet in the house). Rick came out and dug out the rest of the old bolt and installed new t-bolts. The flange was good to go and now completely functional. Saved us so much time and money. He also placed my new toilet expertly and leveled it perfectly using shims. Very professional troubleshooting and installation.

We had an emergency plumbing leak/flood situation over a holiday weekend and were very grateful Scottie was able to come out to diagnose the problem. He was very professional, respectful of our home, left the work area clean, and did a great job explaining the problem to me. The team that came back out to fully fix the problem with Scottie were just as great. We are very happy to have our plumbing back and appreciate the great customer service along the way from this team, and Desiree in the office. Thank you!

David did a Great job detecting our problems and making repairs. He fixed the toilets the same day and returned as promised to repair the leaking sink drain pipe. We will definitely hire him again.

Second time I’ve used Nick to replace a hot water heater. It says a lot when you remember someone from over 10 years ago! I was so impressed with the quality of the water heater and his professional kind service that I knew I didn’t want to go with anyone else when it was time to replace it again. I’ve always referred anyone I know to him over the years because he is the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. This year we have a pandemic, fires causing massive smoke, and all kinds of crazy things in the world going on. In spite of all of this- even some of it affecting closures in supply houses, etc.- Nick was fantastic!! He constantly went above and beyond to offer help and assistance during wild times. Clear communication, timely service, professional, clean, and he managed to move mountains to get me hot water this week. Thanks so much Nick!! Customer for life here, I’d highly recommend this company in a heartbeat!

We were assigned this company through our Fidelity home warranty. They came out twice. Once to assess, and the next time to replace the water heater. We had a great experience. The admin staff was always quick to respond to my call and communicated very well. The plumber came on time, and did a good job with the installation. not sure what all the negative reviews are about, that just wasn't my experience. Would use them again.

I very rarely write reviews, but the total incompetence of fastwaterheater in Portland prompted me to leave this review. For over one week they cancelled my first appointment, then were a no-show, then had the wrong notes associated with an install they never came out for. Even after they cancelled the appointment, I did not get priority scheduling, I had to wait for the next available appointment - I finally told them I was going to have to call someone else and they did not seem that surprised. Would not recommend, there is nothing fast about this company.
