The 3 Mountains team was excellent, starting with Jeff, who creatively solved a complex issue for a retrofit job and prepared an estimate for numerous plumbing tasks. The on-site team led by John, and with Eric and Skyler, worked hard, communicated with us often, checked with us before making any decisions to resolve issues that arose (in a 70-year old house), did excellent work, and cleaned up after the work. We live in Tigard and had a problem with wastewater bubbling up from a crack in the street away from our property (March 2020). We're responsible for over 200' of sewer lateral, most of it under the City street. The thought of dealing with digging up the road was really unappealing. David from Sewer Renewal was really responsive and invested in helping us. He arrived quickly, helped diagnose the problem, and set us up with a repair. The team arrived, took care of everything, and got us back in service really quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Dealing with sewer problems is never fun, but these guys will take good care of you. I highly recommend giving them a call before you look at other, more invasive solutions.

Diagnosed the problem quickly (broken pipe under a concrete slab) and quickly capped the old pipe and created a new line. Solved my headache in a few hours and they were affordable and professional.

We had a great experience with Meticulous and a full re-pipe job. Joey and Coleton did a great job with the onsite work keeping us informed and beating their expected schedule. Linda and Anne were very helpful from their main office answering questions and getting everything set up. Communication was great and the work was well planned and executed. There was an issue with a subcontractor but Meticulous stepped up and made it right. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Plumber showed up earlier than expected and went right to work. Afterwards he cleaned up the area where he worked and was both professional and pleasant. I won't hesitate to use this company again if I need a plumber. Very satisfied.

I called these guys on the weekend for a clogged toilet at a rental unit, and dispatch took down my details for a tech right away. Jason was in the area and called me back in about 5 minutes! We talked some troubleshooting and he gave me an amazing deal for if I were to call back; which I did need to after all, we weren’t able to fix it ourselves. Jason came out in about 15 minutes after I called back and was done about 30-45 min later. Awesome service, very quick and professional and gave me an amazing deal. Friendly and courteous and quickly fixed the toilet. Would definitely recommend them!
