If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Everyone we worked with from this company was friendly and helpful. We were kept informed of the timeline for the work and we were able to change the date of service with no hassle. We had both plumbing and sewer work done and all the technicians and other service personnel we dealt with were professional, efficient, and friendly. I must say that when I knew we needed some plumbing work done on our house that I dreaded making a call to get estimates and schedule the work, but everyone at 3 Mountains Plumbing was so easy to deal with. They responded quickly to my questions and requests and their prices were very reasonable. The next time we need plumbing work I will call them again. We have had Bob out once to sink a new tub and install drain, shower and tub faucet. That was a big job. Today he came out to replace our exterior hose bibs. He is so professional and does excellent work. I think everyone in Oak Grove should use Nichols Plumbing. Bob thank your wonderful service.

Definitely on the pricey side, but they got it taken care of quickly and easily. From my first phone call to the end of the job being completed was maybe 3 hours, most other places I called couldn't have anybody out for a day or two or even a week. Dude was super friendly and helpful too.

The water line from the street to our fourplex started to leak severely.
Paul and crew did an amazing emergency fix and then quickly did the rest of the job perfectly, cheaper than we expected. This is the second rescue he's done for us.
He's my go-to plumber from now on.

The technician came out and changed the quote to clear 1 drain from $135 to $375. He listened to the quote the dispatcher made and said sorry we can’t honor that. Be careful about is company - unreliable pricing and also no showed first appt.

This place is Great! I Received a fast response and after a sending in photos of what I wanted repaired had a quote and a repair time right away. (As in Left a message Monday after hours got a qoute Tuesday Am at 7:30 and had the repairs done Friday afternoon AND under what I was Quoted!!! Victor who came to perform the repairs called and came 1/2 hr EARLY!! He was super nice and very professional.Work done was TOP SHELF!! Had a water heater installed and 2 faucets .Top Quality Don't even consider anyone else just Call These guys.

Justin came out to bid the project and Steve came out to do the work just a few days later. They were both on time, patiently explained everything and taught me about the project as they worked. I appreciated their clarity and straightforward opinions about what was needed. We’ll be re-piping our house in the near future and will definitely use them again!

Mick has done work for me several times, always satisfactorily. He shows
up on time, always has good recommendations regarding modifications,
and stays until the job is done. Some of the plumbing in my house is over
100 years old but he always knows how to fit modern parts in to the old
piping.

With my limited knowledge of plumbing, Leslie at Happy's was patient and explained the scope of work in a way I understood. The darn spare bathroom's sink and our not-too-old water heater have been trouble for awhile. Hubby had to shut off the cold water to the sink because the pipes leaked, and the hot dripped endlessly! Thank you so much, Kenney & Einstein Plumbing, for the quick, same-day response and excellent service! It's so nice to have cold water and no drips! The water heater was shutting off randomly (brrr! cold showers suck!) for several months now, and Kenney performed some electrical surgery and we should be good as new! This business card's going in the Keep! file!
