We called Joe after our water tank suddenly decided it was time to be replaced by profusely leaking all over part of our garage. On a Sunday morning mind you. Joe graciously came out that afternoon with a brand new water tank, installed it and was done in a matter of a couple hours. He answered all of our questions, was personable and very knowledgeable. We can’t thank Joe enough for saving the day and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a new water tank or repair!

Amanda came in to do a quote for a furnace replacement and possible ac add on.She was great, professional and worked well with us to come up with other some different options for quotes. Even getting to know us and our needs suggested an air scrubber as well which a number of the the other companies we had in for quotes said nothing about.Too early to tell if we will use this company or not simply for the fact I have not been through the quotes we have received but wanted to make sure Amanda got a full 5 stars for her help.A brief look and the quote seems quite competitive to what the others were saying.

We had a cato'strophic blockage in our sewer pipe that caused all outflow to stop and waste water to back up in the tub. I called Rescue Rooter and they took my info over the phone. Shortly thereafter dispatch called and we scheduled an appointment for withing 2 hours if calling.The service men who came (one came to rooter the line and the other to run video line) were incredibly professional, articulated the process well, and followed through with their commitment.The found the blockage 65 feet down the exit sewer line and using the camera I could see the flow was clear. They prepared a quote for work to repair the line and left. No pressure sales.I would recommend Rescue Rooter.

The guy showed up when he said he would. He swapped out my old heater for a new one with a few updates! Loved his attitude, very kind, and informative.

Ken Scott was the plumber on our brand new house. When a problem arose with our sump pump, I reached out to have him come take a look. Between my husband and I, we called almost a dozen times over 2 months and received NO answer. I even left a message stating that I'm new to the Portland area, if he can't help me could he please recommend someone else. NOTHING. Do not waste your time trying to get a hold of Ken at KTP Plumbing. Worthless and disappointing.

Just moved out here and my rental had an issue. They were quick and friendly and most of all they were reasonably priced.

We have used Rowe several times and they are always knowledgeable and professional. Dustin came out to service our ancient water heater and had a new one installed in about an hour. We thought we’d have to wait a week or so but he was able to get it done the same day. Highly recommend them.

I talked with Home depot professional install at 10:12 am on 5-2-2020 and was given a quote over the phone with the model of the gas water heater they would put in and explained the process. I received a call exactly 1 hr later from the installer saying that he was on his way. The installer was here at 11:30 went over the job for replacing the water heater to ensure that there would not be any complications and that the quote is correct, and the quote was right on. I did have to replace the expansion tank and that was extra but i expected it. At 3:00 he was cleaned up and pulling away. Excellent job, thank you

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
