Recently used Power Plumbing to replace a toilet. Their office was responsive and scheduling was easy. Plumber arrived on time and did a great job. Final cost was as estimated over the phone during my initial call.

I used this company five years ago to replace my hot water tank and was super happy with the price and service. That was then... I called in early June because I needed some plumbing work done and was told they were very busy, so it would probably be July before they could do it and they'd call back with a date. Didn't happen, so I called back. Maybe August, but please send us a photo of your faucet. I did. Nothing, so I called back and heard about how busy they were but that they'd get back to me ASAP. It's now the last day of September. If this is how a returning customer is treated, well, you might want to think twice or three times about doing business with them.

Bob was so great to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, reliable and transparent about everything he was doing and how much it would cost me. I think the price was incredibly reasonable for the quick and high quality work he performed. I'm very happy to know I have a reliable plumber to call on for future jobs! I would highly recommend Nichols Plumbing to all my friends.

Trevor Hunt and Shawn Bovee installed an 80 gallon hybrid water heater and had to move it (and related wiring, etc) from inside the house to the garage. They completed the task quickly and efficiently with only one glitch which was quickly taken care of.Trevor also installed two toilets for me which I am delighted with.I did sign up for the continuing service inspections, not only for the water heater, but also for heating and cooling inspections. We have used Rowe Plumbing for many years now. They have done multiple projects for us and they’ve always done great work at a reasonable price. Recently we needed some restoration work done on our home through Paul Davis. I recommended we use Rowe Plumbing to them for the plumbing portion of the work. My contractor immediately said, “They’re great! I really like Rowe Plumbing.” Guess I’m not the only one that knows they’re a great plumbing service! They are very professional and pleasant to work with. We recommend them to anyone!

I needed to replace an angled stop valve to the toilet. Tried DYI via YouTube. It looks like I did everything right but I made a mistake. So I needed a plumber right away. After calling about 7 to 8 other places first(none could come out that day), I called Cornel's and the lady who answered the phone was most helpful. She made a few inquiries of her plumbers and found one who could help us that day. She told me when to expect him and he was on time. DYLAN showed up and assessed the situation right away. Gave me an estimate(and let me just say plumbers are expensive) but it was within the monetary parameters I had calculated beforehand what the cost might be. So, I accepted the estimate and he got to work. Well our home was built in 2007 during the housing boom and some shortcuts were taken including the plumbing and plumbing support. To make a long story short, while removing the angle valve, the pipe got bent a little. So when I went to install the new valve it didn't seal properly. Dylan replaced that section of pipe and installed a commercial grade shut off valve. I watched and asked questions and he was willing to answer all my questions. THANK YOU CORNEL'S PLUMBING FOR SAVING MY BACON! So yeah, it was an expensive mistake on my part but I found a really good plumbing company for any future plumbing needs I may have.

Our family was about to go on a day trip on a holiday weekend when we discovered that our outdoor hose bibb had sprung a leak and was leaking water into our exterior wall and pooling inside home underneath our carpet. I put in an call about 11am dispatch let the on-call plumber (Chris) know about our problem. Chris contacted me around 11:30 and was at our house by Noon. I usually do my own home repair but this job was a bit much for me, since I wanted a solution that didn't involve the previously installed hose bibb (it was installed in a terrible and inaccessible place). I told Chris I wanted the previous line capped and a new sillcock valve installed that would be accessible from the crawl space. Two hours later the job was done.
The price was quite expensive, but we were informed about that from the get-go and we were expecting it since we wanted an immediate repair. The response time was amazing, especially for a holiday weekend! Chris was very professional, communicated clearly, and was very timely with his work. I'm very pleased.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. They installed a water heater and missed one detail. Trying to get someone out to correct it involved being on hold for hours and being hung up on a couple of times.
I waited for 5 hours for a technician. It was a no show. After I called back they said the part was back ordered. Nobody let me know that throughout the day while I was waiting. HUH???
Do not waste your time with a 2nd rate company like this.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
