My aging water heater started leaking so I contacted Joe via text. He was very responsive and gave me options to choose for my replacement water heater. Once I made a selection, he was out the same day. It's rare you can find someone to communicate through every step in the process and be so quick to response and resolve the issue.

Evan found and repaired problem with the disposal draining problem with guarantee against further problems. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Got next day service. Would recommend . Part of the job was done by Everette and Olivia who were both professional and friendly. It was a pleasant experience. I now have a free flowing drain.

Terry Massey Plumbing was the first company I called. He came out the next day to give me an estimate on replumbing my house. While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. When calling to schedule an appointment for a plumbing problem, the rep is always sympathetic and professional getting a repair tech scheduled as quickly as possible.The main office keeps the customer updated as to time of arrival and the repair tech calls when he is on his way.Brandon, the tech who was here this time, was knowledgeable and professional as well explaining exactly what the problem was and the different options to repair it.The work he did was effective, and he explained what he was doing. He was very patient with our questions. His work area was kept clean so when he was finished, there was no mess left.I highly recommend this company.

Jeremy is the best! We had a remodel on our only bathroom. He was efficient, conscientious and great to work with through the entire process. He read my mind and rigged up a temporary shower for us. He’s a great guy and we’ll definitely be calling him for our future needs.

Tim was nice enough but REALLY? $185 to snake a drain? He arrived at 2:30 and was pretty much done by 3:15 but took 10-15 minutes to write up the invoice. Then said he charged me for 20 minutes of driving on top of the hourly rate of $120 an hour for a total of $150 labor. Plus $35 dollars for a pop-up. They cost about $10. I didn't ask him to replace it. I had a basket in there which I choose to use to catch debris. My drain was already disassembled when he arrived and he didn't need to trouble shoot the problem. I didn't have a leak in my p-trap before he did the work but when he reassembled it he tightened one of the rings too tight and now it
leaks. SO I have to go buy another one. I'm not so happy about this service today. I feel like because I'm a woman he took advantage of me.

Tim is incredibly helpful. He stopped by my house twice to help consult on a tricky shower valve that wouldn't shut off. The value stem end up having the washer stuck inside causing to have a significant leak. The repair required access through the porcelain surround which needed a larger whole cut. Not a service he provides. However, once I gained the access Tim came by a second time to see if the solution worked. A $20 part once the access was there.

He provided excellent advice on how best to research and resolve the issue and ultimately didn't even charge me. The dude rocks!

Do not believe the good reviews. Called on Christmas Eve with a broken water heater and scheduled for day after. No call until 12:37 PM that the tech called in sick- appointment was for 11-3. Call anyone else... Person answering could not care or EVEN TRY to help...

They called ahead, were on time, and did a great job.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
