I had a partial repipe done to my home and Sal and his excavation crew were amazing to deal with. The crew who did the work inside were great as well, whatever they pay Andrea, it’s nowhere near enough. There were some issues that were encountered and they tried to walk us through every challenge as they encountered them.What could have been a very negative experience was mitigated as much as possible by their front office professionalism. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who asks.

We have used Sutherland Plumbing LLC for several projects which include a new hot water heater, an access panel with new fixtures for a whirlpool tub, and installation of a new toilet. Most recently, we received a service call November 14, 2019. We would not call anyone else.

After a harsh winter serge, our kitchen sink, dishwasher and adjoining building's toilet and sink stopped working all at once. I called on a Monday morning and was told they were busy but they'd do what they could to fit us in, but it would be at most a week away. It turned out it took only two days. Terry and his son came out and fixed it. When we experienced additional problems overnight, he came first thing the next day and fixed it, no charge!

The best peoples from this company. Mario and his crews are the best kind of people you need for all your sewer systems services. They even unclogged my pine needle filled gutter after they finished fixing my sewer system because they notice a waterfall above my garage. They were so kind.

The service from Bruner was great. Not only did they return my call in the same day, they were able to schedule someone to be onsite quite quickly. Justin was efficient & thorough. While I hope I won't need to, Bruner Plumbing will be my first call should I need plumbing services again.

Jack came out to unclog one of our outside drains. He explained exactly what he was going to do to get our drain working properly and how much the job would cost. After unclogging our drain, Jack gave several helpful tips on how to prevent future clogs. Not only was Jack professional, he was also personable. He was friendly and kind. He left me with a smile and a happy feeling. Jack is the reason Roto-Rooter will be my go-to rooter company from now on! Thank you, Jack!

We were converting from an electric stove to gas. Mr. Rooter was quick to respond and get us an appointment which was great, but then on the day of service the plumber called in (which happens) and nobody else was available to run new gas lines and so we were left without a stove/oven for a week.The day of service arrives and the plumber was pleasant enough and easy to talk to, however, during the set up he asked us for Windex so that he could test for leaks. Not that I've ever had one, he states. I was off-put as to why he'd be asking us, the home owner, for a product to test for leaks and the generally odd 'reassuring' statement. After several hours the plumber states that he is finished, but there was the smell of gas in the house centralized around our new oven. My husband points this out to him and he was dismissive of the concern.Several hours later the smell of gas is still strong in our home despite airing out the house. We called NW Natural (our city's gas utility) who came out and identified the leak and very helpful in making sure our home was safe for the night.We called Mr. Rooter who had a quick response to the situation and sent out the same plumber the next day, however, this required me to take the day off work. The plumber immediately found the leak and stated, Of course it had to start leaking after I left. He fixed the leak in a timely manner. At the end of the service he took our NW Natural paperwork off our counter without asking simply stating, I'll take this since you guys don't need this anymore.I will be going with a different company if I should need similar services in the future

After dealing with a repeatedly clogged sink for the last year I finally called this guy and he was prompt, courteous, and he got the job done.

Called for what I thought was a roof vent/toilet drain problem. Kaleo talked me through my situation and he helped me realize what the problem really is. He spent 15 minutes describing how I might fix it myself and gave me his cell phone number in case I need more help. He charged me nothing and may or may not get any revenue from me. In this day and age it is amazing to find someone to share his expertise like this. You know who I’ll call if I can’t handle it myself!

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Rolf, Dennis, Luke and William. They were professional, friendly, on time and did an excellent job. I am so glad I chose Central Air to install my ductless heat pump. Scheduling was easy with Danielle too. The whole job was completed within a week of me calling for an estimate! Power Plumbing was recommended by our general contractor for a commercial plumbing installation. Their quote was lower than a competing quote, not because their work is lesser quality but because Mike found a more efficient way to tie the new drain into our existing system. The installation went very smoothly, despite the challenge of exposing pipes buried in a slab of concrete. Mike was efficient, on-time, and clearly knew what he was doing. We're now 9 months past the installation and the new service is working flawlessly. Couldn't be more pleased!

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.
