I have used 3 Mountain Plumbing for over five years and they have always provided great service with great communication and their work is professional and good quality. I will always use them. Eric was great to work with and kept up with my plumbing project to ensure I was satisfied.

We live in a 1940s home in uptown Vancouver that was having sewer problems. We had multiple sewer backups into our basement that was really getting frustrating. We had several plumbers come out and tell us our old pipes were collapsing and being infiltrated with tree roots. Their solution was to dig up our whole backyard and replace the pipes - that were about 9 feet down in some places. The cost of this? Over $15,000 and we would be left with a ruined backyard and the cost to replace all the established trees and landscaping. We started to search for another solution. In our search we came across David at Sewer Renewal. He came out and discovered some things that we didn't know and worked with our neighbors (whom we shared a line behind our house) to do a multi-house job. David and his team were professional and problem solvers. When the first way didn't work they found a second way to fix the problem. They worked with the city of Vancouver to determine which lines to fix and which the city was responsible for while giving us top quality value. Sewer lines are not exciting but what is exciting is knowing we won't be getting back ups into our basement and that our home is resellable in the future. This is by far the best plumbing group in the Portland OR area. We had a complicated repair and numerous issues. Ti, Cameron and Jack along with Courtney and Katrina in the office, are the most amazing team I have ever seen. I cannot thank them all enough for everything. I highly recommend Sutherland Plumbing.

HIDDEN PRICES!!! BE FOREWARNED! i was charged an extra $160 that is unaccounted for in the invoice that my credit card company received - this was due to me disputing the charge. (I never received an invoice - see below).
These guys are scam artists. They will charge you for materials that are not used for your project. They willam also charge you approx $100 for a fuel surcharge, even if they are a few minutes away. They will charge you for the time it takes to get supplies - our experience was that it took over one and half hours. The manager, Chaz, will back up his staff's dishonesty and will refuse your calls. Avoid this company. They do not give you a receipt and once they get your signature you give up all rights to question the amount they stole from you.

I called AAA Drain Cleaning to unclog a toilet. Steve at AAA Drain Cleaning was amazing! He came with in a few hours of my call. He was quick, and gave me a detailed explanation of the problem, and showed me on his cool camera what he did to fix the problem. I would recommend AAA Drain Cleaning to everyone I know! Not only did he fix my toilet with in a couple hours of me calling, his price was better then the 5 other plumbers. Thank You Steve! Definitely 5 Stars!

Both times I have called needing assistance with plumbing they have a plumber there the next morning. Knowledgeable plumbers who tell you what needs to be done and done right. Expect to pay some money though, plumbing is not cheap!

Mike and Marcus did a great job. They were professional and courteous. They worked well together. They arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. They answered all my questions and offered some great advice on how to keep the unit running smoothly and properly. When they finished they left the area clean and also helped me move my refrigerator back to the place it was before they started to work on installing the new HVAC. I will highly recommend your company to anyone looking for the services and products you offer. Thank you for sending them out to complete the work. 😃😃😃

Duane was very polite and friendly. He was always communicating with me what he was doing, where and what needs to be done. I’d definitely call him again for any future plumbing services .

The food was good, but bit spendy for casual dinner.

The gentleman that arrived for the service call was wonderful to work with. He was extremely patient in answering all my questions and did a thorough job in explaining the details of my particular problem. I wish all service calls would be this pleasant. Definitely a 5-Star rating!

Mike was courteous and very helpful explaining how to fix the issue with our disposal ourselves, if the same situation occurred again. Mike is very honest and informative. I will definitely recommend him to everyone.

This experience could not have been better. They squeezed me into the schedule and took meticulous care of me. The job was done right and the final bill was a little lower than the quote. I would definitely recommend them highly.

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.

The boiler in our 8-plex broke down in January 2021. It took DeTemple until October, or so, to finally put in a new one. It worked well for a few months and then it has been one problem after another. Went, again, for a couple months with no heat. When they came out, the heat worked too well and held at a steady 80⁰. They came back out and it stopped working again in our unit but it's still hot in another. They have been out a few more times, still not fixed. This last time, they've stopped even trying to schedule a time to come out. I do not recommend DeTemple. I'm thankful that they're not being paid out of my pocket. Can't even imagine what the apartment owner is having to pay.
