Terry Massey Plumbing was the first company I called. He came out the next day to give me an estimate on replumbing my house. While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. Bruner plumbing will definitely get my repeat business after they fit me in within 30 minutes(!) of first contacting them. Granted my problem was small but still needed attention. The technician, Robert, was very proficient in correcting my problem and the price was very fair, all things considered!

Multiple push back over the past few days. They haven't been able to show up during their 4 hour windows. Going on Day 3. Update - they came finally... got their cable stuck in the drain so they cut it off and are leaving it there 😳 this was a really weird experience..

This particular location only houses storage for plumbing materials and supplies and some off street parking. Their primary focus is on Residential and Light commercial plumbing service and repair. So at this location they have no retail.

Our pipeline was clogged twice and the tech Mr. J. Stevens from Roto Rooter came within an hour! He was very polite, informative and respectful on top of helpful in diagnosing the issue plaguing our pipeline. I appreciate the prompt and professional service provided today by Roto Rooter. Avoid Happy's Plumbing by all means. The owner; Jack is extremely ill tempered and disrespectful. I cant believe people like that are even allowed to have a CCB license. His prices wont make you happy and his profanity and insults don't add any value to the deal.
