Have used Three Mountain several times in the past. Always very satisfied. I have to say Kenny is the classic “ don’t judge a book by the cover”. What a nice guy, very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him work on any of my plumbing projects.

We had a plumber out because we were sure there was a backup. Drain Hound came out and It took him 5 hours of trying to find that out that our pipes had broken. He gave us this company as a recommendation, and we are so glad we did! This company is professional and polite, but best of all they are very knowledgeable and fast! Fixed and back up and draining in 1 and 3/4 days. Great company and even gave us a military discount!

I called PDX Sewer Solutions because my water catchment in my driveway was flooding. He kept in touch, cleaned it out, and was very reasonable in price. I definitely recommend this company.

Terry's work is absolutely top notch. I had a leaking pipe, and not only did he fix the issue, he determined that the pipe itself was unnecessarily long (since the house was old and plumbing work had been done and re-done in different ways over the years) and rerouted the water via a shorter path. Now my downstairs shower has far more water pressure than it has in the nearly 15 years I've lived in my house (it's almost scary how much pressure there is now). The next time I have a plumbing issue, Terry will be the first person I call.

Simply put - I had an issue with a specific type of toilet and was told this company would be familiar with this type of toilet. This was an issue that required a prompt response. I called Bruner's 4 times and I spoke to the customer service agent twice. I was told both times that I would get a call back from a technician to discuss the issue and from there set up an appointment. I never once received a call and found another service.

Precision Plumbing fixed our leaking main quickly, effectively, and at a very reasonable cost, the same day that we called him. Another plumbing company gave us an estimate that was as much as a small used car!

I have had Vitality perform many plumbing needs over the last 9 years or so even at a previous company. The quality of the work and trustworthiness of this man is awesome.

Both times they have been to the house they have been there quickly. Their work has been admirable. Their prices have always been very fair. Alan is awesome.

We called with a shower blockage. The receptionist was very nice and indicated they could have someone out in an hour. Jason arrived an hour later. He was very friendly, gave us a clear, fair estimate for the work and then worked very hard and finished the job quickly even though he ran into some problems. Very pleased with the work.

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

Steve is the first and only rooter person you need to call. He was referred by another plumber and that says a lot right there. He is professional, hard working, and has very reasonable pricing. Unlike other plumbers I've used in the past that'll charge you just to show up.
He also cleared a drain for my wife's practice and was more than half the costs of the last plumber who spent less time and couldn't clear the same drain.
I would give him 6 Stars if possible.

We Remodeled a house project with them. I liked them, but they installed a water mixer on top of the hot water heater that made the tank stack and trip the shut off, so no hot water. Upon calling them, Western stated they don't repair anything related to the hot water heater and had me call a hot water heater repair company. Two months later as this had been going on the, hot water repair company finally figured out that Western had improperly installed the water mixer on top of the tank. The repair company did then fix the issue by removing the part. The repair company then charged me for the work. I told them they should be charging Western Plumbing and you would think that Western would stand behind their installation. After arguing with the owner of Western Plumbing about it he refuse to pay them, stating the county required the mixer even though they knew it would be a problem ( no one told me ) The plumbing contract was well over 35K and the charge for repair was 150.00. As a sub-contractor, business owner myself, I would think they would take care of the bill with out complaint. Not impressed and will let others know my experience,

I hate to give a company 1 star really and I will leave it up to the company to improve their reputation if they simply follow through. I got off work early to meet the plumbers. The two plumbers were on time and both were nice guys we are having issues with water pressure and and had a few other small improvements and fixes we needed done. All I wanted was a quote and if all seemed well we would proceed. Wednesday right before they left the plumber said ok I write up a quote and I'll have it to you in a couple days He implied he would email it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when nothing showed up on Friday. Even Monday. I just assume he had the wrong email and called on Tuesday. The woman who answered the phone was cordial and seemed not to concerned and said she would remind the guys to send me a quote.

All week nothing. I am getting upset at this point as my wife is asking me about the progress. I call again next Tuesday and this time I sound frustrated because I am, I am not mean but I expect a company to simply do what they say and I expressed this to her. She was very apologetic this time and said I will call so and so right now and make sure he gets that to you. It has now been 3 weeks since that phone call and frankly I moved on the evening after that call when their quote by email or phone never showed up.

I wouldn't want to be in any sort of business transaction with a company that isn't able to follow through with such a seemingly simply thing. I am sure their work is good and they are perfectly capable but as a potential customer reading this these are things I would want to know ahead of time.
