I had Steve take a look at the gutter drains on my house that back up during heavy rain. With a couple of his many tools and gadgets, he was easily able to find the problem, which turns out to be a fairly common issue in certain areas around Portland and Vancouver. He works quickly and conscientiously, is friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need any kind of drain cleared out, located, or checked with a camera - AAA Drain Cleaning is definitely who I will call.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

Dante came out to fix what I thought was a clogged toilet. He then gave me bad news that it was likely my sewage pump that had gone bad, which meant not using any of our plumbing downstairs. Even worse news…I have 7 people coming to stay with us over the long holiday weekend and they’re all staying downstairs! Dante said he would do his best to call around and find another pump. He came back with good news and bad news. Bad news is no pump until the following week. Good news is he was able to fix the pump, which failed due a simple electrical issue. To top off my joy, Dante said they weren’t going to charge me anything!

When does that ever happen?

I used Crown plumbing a couple years ago for a leak in my ceiling. Zach worked on the shower upstairs and the leak was fixed at that time. However, it started leaking again. I called Crown plumbing and left a message 3 weeks ago to see if someone can fix it and no one returned my call. Very unprofessional and poor quality service was provided.

I've used these plumbers several times already. Any time I call, they come promptly to my home in Portland and are usually able to fix whatever plumbing issue I have immediately. I highly recommend using this service.

These guys do a great job. Props to Efrain. He showed up on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. He also completed the EV charger in a timely manner. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Seeing a lot of similar experiences in these reviews.

I'll start by saying working with Happy's Plumbing started at 4/5 stars and just ended with 1 star.

On the one hand, they did some excellent work however how I was treated after I paid and was left with two leaks is just unacceptable. I would leave it with that but they just called and claimed to have tried to reach me during the two days they left me hanging and I had to get another plumbing company out to help fix the issue.

Besides not finishing the job, calling me and claiming to have called or left messages when today's phones can show that you didn't is beyond unprofessional. An attempt to try and blame the customer that you left with two leaks for two days is to blame is just disgusting.

I can say that on the one hand they do some good work on the other hand that is overshadowed by really poor treatment and unfinished work.
