Responded within 24 hours to my request. Plumber wasn't bothered by my opinionated dog. Super fast and helped me solve a drain issue in less than 30 minutes.

After seven long months of sewer repair, it backed up again after only a short time! I called David and he came right out. He was thorough,and explained the problem and gave me referrals to get the job finished. He even sent me a confirming dirty movie for further reference! I will be using him if I have any other problems and will refer him to anyone who wants and needs someone dependable and honest. Thank you again, David!!

I would highly recommend. From the moment I called, the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule an appointment that worked for me in the time frame I needed. I had to give notice prior to having water turned off. I needed a water value under my kitchen sink replaced and a new faucet put in. I was given a 2 hour window on the appointment day and was very happy when Chris showed up a little early. He was very professional and got the job done. He even cleaned up the area before he left. I was also very pleased when Darla from their office followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was working well. I will use them again.

Abe was thorough, explained each step of the process, and gave us lots of tips to avoid future problems. He cleaned up thoroughly. Excellent work!

Don't often take the time to write a review but when you deal with a professional that knows his stuff, is quick and reasonable (he came out on a Sat after I called him Friday night!!)I have to weigh in. Steve was fantastic and a joy to work with. I highly recommend if you have drain/blocking issues. He even came back for a follow up scope two days later after our drain break was repaired for a highly discounted price.
Sucks when this happens but AAA and Steve are the right guys to call.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

No one likes to call a plumber but from now on if we do have to call one we will be calling CCP. They responded quickly. Dante was friendly and professional. He found the issue right away and told me what it would take to fix it. We had him do the work and haven't had an issue since. These guys were great! Highly recommended!

Just recently moved to Portland from Seattle, and Best Portland Plumbers did all the plumbing work in the new home we built. They were very professional & finished everything according to schedule. I plan to call them should I need any emergency repairs in the new home!

I'll start by saying working with Happy's Plumbing started at 4/5 stars and just ended with 1 star.

On the one hand, they did some excellent work however how I was treated after I paid and was left with two leaks is just unacceptable. I would leave it with that but they just called and claimed to have tried to reach me during the two days they left me hanging and I had to get another plumbing company out to help fix the issue.

Besides not finishing the job, calling me and claiming to have called or left messages when today's phones can show that you didn't is beyond unprofessional. An attempt to try and blame the customer that you left with two leaks for two days is to blame is just disgusting.

I can say that on the one hand they do some good work on the other hand that is overshadowed by really poor treatment and unfinished work.
