They bought Casey’s Plumbing Business, but unfortunately they don’t offer the wide range of services that Casey’s did. The first service I asked about they simply refused to do. Later, I had them quote a water heater replacement. The price was astronomical and included all kinds of follow-up service that I wasn't interested in purchasing. They wouldn't quote a straightforward replacement. Pretty much a waste of time and money (they charge for quotes) from beginning to end as I was hoping for a more competitive bid. Thanks anyway...

Oh man! This guy was a life saver! The price was ALOT better then the multiple other places I called! He was super friendly and professional. He explained everything that was going on, very easy to talk too. He had what I thought was a crisis completed within 30 minutes! I literally could not have asked for a better plumber he was friendly professional and not annoyed by my nosey dog. Honestly I am a female in her twenties and to find someone to work on my house that is professional and explain things to me while not making me feel like I'm getting taken advantage of is a big plus to me and he really just was great about explaining everything and also the price was amazing because every other place I called was trying to tack on all of this unnecessary things and he was honest and just appreciated how nice he was.

I would give 5 stars for Timeliness, Professionalism amd Problem resolution. Very kind as well. It’s a rare commodity these days to find a company the from the first phone call to technician that has amazing customer service and treats their customers the right way!

We live in Milwaukie and had a major problem with rainwater overflow problems on our 140 ft. driveway which were impacting our neighbors! But thanks to a very quick response, by River City Environmental, a fast clean out of our 2 catch basins and installation of 2 catch basin debris screens our problem was fixed and we avoided a potential lawsuit.

Grew up wrestling Terry Massey’s Son at the age of 10 and ended up becoming brothers along the way, Not only is Terry Massey one of the most hard working dedicated fathers but he is an amazing teacher. He took me under his wing and had me working under crawl spaces doing repipe work for a short time, Taught me a lot of things I still use to this day. Terry Massey holds true to his values and has only earned a honest dollar his entire life. I’ve never heard profanity out of his mouth nor words of discouragement. Awesome company. I highly recommend them for any sewer service you need or any service they perform. Polite knowledgeable flexible professional. Amazing guy. I can’t say enough good about this company. He goes above and beyond his job and make sure it is done right. I bought a House that had sewer problems and he needs exactly what needed to be done. Two days later my sewer is fixed. I was stressed thinking maybe I would be without water for 2 days. Once he started he said only a few hours I would be without water. So thank you! Look no further for all your plumbing needs. If I could give more stars I would. I have zero complaints nothing negative it was the smoothest process.

Pipeline Plumbing people really know what they are doing. They arrived on time, solved a challenging and difficult problem with our Roman whirlpool tub plumbing and installed new kitchen faucets for us, all in three hours. We will definitely use Pipeline Plumbing on all of our future plumbing needs. It's a great experience working with these professionals. Pipeline Plumbing and their staff represent the quality level that all businesses should strive for TODAY but sadly generally do not. What a pleasant experience!

I have used Bruner both for my home and for our HOA private street. We have experienced great service, fast, and economical compared to other bids. I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater. Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner!

Mr. Rooter was very responsive to my urgent need to have a drained cleared (of course the clog happened at 6pm on a Friday before the 4th of July weekend). With just one phone call I was able to reach someone, explain my dilemma, and have someone routed to my house. Caleb arrived about 30 minutes later and had the issue resolved in about an hour. I'm grateful for the prompt, professional, and adept service!

Performed video inspection. They. were able to tell me what I needed about our commercial sewer drain and the condition. They offered to jet out the pipe and clean it and had.time to knock out a third pipe we had issues with a clogged storm drain. I really like working g with people who stay and perform other services that may have not been on the original task list, and they knew I wasn't going to be petty and ask the pricing for every task. In fact the bill was very reasonable and helped us tremendously. I would definitely cal th again for another project.

Great first experience with All-Pro Plumbing. Great communication from office and from The tech who showed up on time. Done in less than an hour and a price I thought was too low.

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

Called Happys to come install my new faucet, beverage faucet, instahot, and garbage disposer. They scheduled me for a week later - much better than other plumbing shops that were over a month out. They arrived on time and Justin the apprentice did an amazing job! All done within about an hour.
I will absolutely use Happys again.
