We are expanding into our basement and decided to scope our sewer line to be sure it was still in good condition as to avoid needing to rip out sewer lines in a finished basement later on. However the problem was in our front yard where we had a product that was quickly found to be an inferior product (orangeburg) years ago. It needed to be replaced ASAP.

Learning more about our options, David and his crew came highly recommended as an option. Instead of needing to rip up our front yard David was able to line our existing sewer line from the street to just inside our foundation after cleaning and de-scaling our entire underground sewer line. The cost was more affordable and far less intrusive than trenching a new line in. They could have come while we were gone for the day and would never have known the work had been done! All the members of his crew, David included, were friendly, happy to answer questions, and worked quickly and methodically. They cleaned up when they were done to the point I wouldn’t have known they were there. Our yard looks no different t as there is no trench. They are a well oiled machine.

We are happy to have avoided any plumbing issues and also happy with the end result as we are confident this job was done at a top notch professional level as by the looks of the product and its install requirements demand.

Down the road, if the rest of the sewer line under our house needs replacement, lining it is still our go to option and would certainly call Dave back.

Calling around for estimates on a problem usually leads to really widely under priced suggested totals. River City is the difference. After getting the parking lot taken care of, we only paid what they said we would. That is amazing!

Mario came out first thing after I just requested an appointment late in the afternoon the day before. I have an older home (built in 1924) so didn’t want to use harsh chemicals. They deliver on their logo: “We clean out your drain...not your wallet!” And no I’m not related; this is the first time I’ve used them and am so happy not being in standing water when taking a shower! They are pleasant and fast. But they will not inform you of what destruction their equipment will do to the other elements of your property. Included are the results of machinery going over a brick patio. One photo is the result of them saying they will take care of it. I would suggest not using them.
