We had a very good experience with Sewer Renewal Specialists on a cure-in-place sewer repair. The crew foremen we're very proactive, arriving a few days early to mark the various site lines and prepare their crew. When they arrived to perform the work, they were fast, organized and their communications were very clear. Finally, their cleanup was great. They left our yard looking mostly as it was, with the exception of an agreed upon shrub removal, and even sprinkled grass seed on a minor gouge in the grass. Thank you all for fixing our house!

I try to take care of my septic system. I know that repairs and upkeep can be expensive. I recently had quite a few people over for my daughter's wedding. The septic just couldn't handle the usage. The next day I had to call River City to come out to pump the tank before it started backing up into the house. They came right away and they charged me what I was quoted over the phone.

Mario was awesome. We were having gutters put in and needed an outside drain cap cut off in a hurry for a new downspout. We could not find a soul to do that. This was a dinky job but he did it anyway and quickly. He also gave us advice that saved us a huge headache and a ton of money had we listened to another company. Plus, he was just so pleasant and professional. We would hire him for any larger job in a heartbeat. Thanks Mario simply for being blunt and honest!

When i called, someone was out here the next day. Have used Roto-Rooter a couple of times, we have a few rentals in Keizer.Mr.Jacson and Mr. Jeff Orick both are great to work with. Steve (owner) was great to work with in every way. I had a completely plugged kitchen drain with standing water. I had worked on it for a couple hours to no avail. I left him a message in the morning, he managed to fit me in the same day, arriving around 10:30am. Flat fee for the service, $125, plus any parts. He kept in touch via text messages letting me know when he was arriving. He arrived on time, covered shoes with booties to not track in dirt. He didn't mind pulling out all the cleaning supplies under my sink because I have a knee injury so I couldn't. He put them all back afterward, too, very nice. Pleasant conversation while working. He quickly found the blockage, removed and showed me, also showed me broken gasket which he replaced for $2.50. It was a small job for him and probably a lot of travel, but it was very important to me to get the drain cleaned on the same day. I had started the morning going through some internet service and getting barraged with calls and emails from various large plumbing companies telling me they couldn't come out same day anyway (even though I had put that in the search criteria). I managed to find Steve by calling Zach of Everlast Plumbing (whom I would also call back again in the event of a larger job) who was kind enough to return my call and refer me to Steve.

Robert Freestone, young man, had old school work ethics! He entered our crawl space to fully investigate. He found the water pipe leak between kitchen walls that was spewing water into our crawl space. He knew what to do, and he stayed way beyond 5:00pm to remove and repair — he got the job done complete and even washed the floor area where he worked .Robert was friendly, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. Meticulous Plumbing repaired a burst pipe at my house. The plumber (Erin) was very friendly and did a great job explaining my options and giving advice to avoid having the same issue again in the future. She was great to work with. I didn't get another quote so I can't really comment on the price but I feel like it was probably fair. I would use them again next time I need a plumber.

Stay away. They performed unnecessary repairs that caused damage to my sewer pipes and which I later had to repair. Tech was completely unprofessional and had such difficulty diagnosing the issue that I have serious doubts about his competency. The contract and invoice was presented in the super smallest font on the tech's phone and was impossible to read. Not only can I not recommend them, I strongly advise you to *avoid* them.

After our toddler flushed something down the toilet that got stuck down in the pipe we called Cornels & they got Tony out quick and on time and fixed the issue in good timing too with reasonable rates. Highly recommend and will be calling them for any future needs!

Awesome experience in a awful emergency situation. Came right out, put a plan in place, explained everything very thoroughly. Rob and his crew were extremely professional and hard workers. Everyone was very friendly and personable. Easy to talk with and they listen to your needs and concerns. Pricing more than fair, especially with the circumstances they had to deal with. My garbage disposal was plugged, and big time leaking. Jordan came over and assessed the situation. He was polite and sensitive to my cats. He showed me the rust and leaks. He had the same model on his truck, so no need to wait and reschedule. He had it installed quickly. Price was good, my sink was back in business and I am very happy.
